Week long vacation spot!!!
Pros:

We had the best time on our vacation, and this Best Western Plus on Music Row truly felt like our home away from home for 7 days in Nashville!

There were also plenty of great bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. One of our favorite nearby spots was Live Oak, which had amazing live music!

The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, especially the omelet bar. We also spent a day relaxing by the pool, which was clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind.

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville!

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the ice machine was only on the first floor, but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker.

The location was fantastic. While it wasn't quite within walking distance of Broadway, Lyft rides were quick and affordable, making it easy to get to all the activities we had planned.

Just stayed overnight do to long travel day to rest

Told parking charge of $20.00 would be extra
Paid & told by young lady payment did not complete & needed to try card for payment again. Noticed on my bank register I can view on my phone I was charged 2 times & went back to discuss with same person & she stated payment pending but now it’s 2 days later and I had to call my bank to dispute a double charge. I also saw the reaction of other people checking in not pleased about the $ 20.00 parking fee by the look on their face and what they said was in addition to my room charge? So I think they will continue to hurt return customers decision to stay with Best Western Nashville so be ware of their hidden advertising!

My short summary is it sucked was not pleased about the whole trip. The first two days was not bad. The last three days

I liked it was close to things

That my room had bedbugs and I’ve got bites all over my body so I couldn’t go out and see the things that I wanted to see in Nashville. We got to see a couple things for my first time. It really sucked. Spent a lot of money to sit in a room so it wouldn’t be out in public with all those bites all over my body and every time I went and got food I had to wear a long sleeve shirt and pants in 94° weather so that was not a lot of fun I got lots of pictures of my bites when I get back I got urgent care to get some cream to try and clear them up so I can go back to work so that’s always fun. Spend a bunch of money on a trip get bedbugs and then have to go home and pay to have somebody give you something to clean them up not including my laundry. I can’t take in my house. I gotta take that down to a laundromat tomorrow morning. Have somebody professional clean those I’m not gonna have bugs in my damn house. Just like I said one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on a vacation and it’s sad cause I stay in Best Western all the time for work all my guys stay at Best Western when we’re in town to happen. Been a platinum member for years and that’s how they treated me.

Cons:

My Reservation was Canceled upon arrival, by Hotel staff. I arrived at 6:30pm the front desk Attendant told me that the reason why, because I didn't respond to an email , requesting that I make a payment before my arrival to the Property. I made 2 phone calls to the Property, the response was by automated voice which stated to me to check the number I dialed. My payment was to be paid at the Property . Hotel attendant informed me of a SELLOUT!! My Reservation was set a week in advance. My room was given to guests that were just arriving into Nashville , without a Reservation.
TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL!!
