Pros:

Great location to walk to downtown but not be effected by late night noise, pool was great for relaxing by after an evening on broadway

Cons:

Staff weren’t very engaged, didn’t make any effort to interact with us.

Not what we had hoped for
Pros:

It was in good proximity to music row and withing walking distance to a couple of restaraunts.

Cons:

You have to pay $21.95/day for parking as a guest staying at the hotel. We were not planning for the extra $100 for the week.
The bed was also, extremely hard and the black out curtains were purely for show on either side of the window. Therefore all the lights from the surrounding buildings and traffic were shining through the window all night.

Overcharging Overcharging
Cons:

1st night their offer was 119 $ total. 2nd night I got an offer for 130$, don't know why more? Which I thought would be the total sum. But I had to accept (I needed one more night) but finally they deducted 152.86$ why?. If 130$ was without tax why wasn't I told the total sum with tax? For that much I wouldn't have stayed, I could have gone to a much better hotel.
