Reasonably priced and convenient option to being downtown
Pros:

Liked the location - quieter area than being downtown and convenient on and off the highway. Hotel is hip and cool with lots of music motifs. Quite a few food places within 5-10mins walk.

Cons:

They touted the omelet station at the breakfast buffet but the omelet wasn’t very good and the other breakfast options were limited.

If we go to Nashville again, we will stay here.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, especially the Breakfast Lady. She made it a great way to start the day with a laugh & a smile. Free breakfast WITH an omelet station.
It is within walking distance to the Gulch where there are many restaurants (FYI F&B prices at all Nashville eateries are outrageously expensive. You can walk to Music Row, but many studios, labels & talent agencies have moved elsewhere. You will need transportation to get to the museums &/or Broadway where the honky tonk bars are. Even with using Uber/Lyft, the costs still beat out staying in town.

Nice Hotel by Music Row
Pros:

This hotel is in a very good location by Music Row and The Gulch. Quiet area with great restaurants and away from the chaos of Broadway. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are pretty basic but nice. The breakfast is very good, and Tina who is in charge of the breakfast is friendly and accommodating. She has been there for 25 years! Nice pool area-water can be a bit cold in the Spring. The hotel is nicely decorated with a country music theme. We will be staying again when we return to Nashville!

Pros:

Great location for the money, the room was decently sized, comfortable and quiet. The city center is walking distance, and the area is safe.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok, not many choices and a little underwhelming. There was only one coffee and one decaf pods in the room.
