Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We had a marvelous stay the hotel was clean and beautiful the breakfast was hot and fresh the lady taking care of the breakfast was super sweet all of the staff were amazing I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville

Personal amable, se puede ir caminando al centro (10-15 minutos a pie), habitación cómoda. No es un hotel top comparado con otros de la misma categoría en Estados Unidos. Habiendo estado 4 noches y en familia, habría preferido alojarme en un hotel más moderno, porque algunos elementos se ven anticuados (puertas, baño, iluminación, mobiliario). Aún así, las camas eran cómodas y las habitaciones bastante silenciosas. Sólo hubo un día que escuchamos el despertador de otra habitación.

Cons:

Necesita una remodelación, mejorar la iluminación en general del establecimiento y cierto mobiliario.

The perfect backstage pass for a comfortable, stress-free Nashville getaway with family and friends.
Pros:

The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price. I was traveling with family and friends, and the location was fantastic. It sits right by The Gulch, which is filled with great restaurants and a fantastic jazz club. Walking to Broadway took about 20 minutes and felt very safe, while giving us a quiet escape from the noise of the main strip.

On-site parking was plentiful and reasonably priced. Breakfast was basic, but it had a nice variety, including made-to-order omelets, and Tina kept everything running seamlessly. The pool was great, and we loved the extra perks like free massage chairs, 24/7 coffee, iced tea, and lemonade. They also have inviting communal spaces where our group could hang out with our own drinks or takeaway food.

I had to work during our stay due to the time difference coming from the UK. The business desk was available even when I was up at 4 AM, and the endless free coffee made those early mornings so much easier. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Set your expectations accordingly. If you are looking for a five-star luxury hotel or want to step straight out the door onto Broadway, this might not be the place for you.

However, if you are traveling with family and/ or friends and want a clean, reasonable, and welcoming stay, this hotel ticks all the boxes and then some. Everyone in our group would happily recommend it and stay here again. It was a great find!

We would stay there again.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. We walked about a mile to get to Broadway street, which was our main goal for the trip. We wanted to listen to music. The hotel was clean and a great alternative to the high-priced hotels.

Cons:

The hotel met our expectations; however, due to age / walkability, we would have liked to stay a little bit closer to Broadway.

Hotel kann man soweit empfehlen in Nashville. Waren schon zufrieden und würden wieder hingehen.
Pros:

Zimmer: alles in Ordnung, grosses Zimmer, grosses Bad, verstehe nur nicht warum die Zimmer fast immer Teppich haben, 20 Min. zu Fuss zum Broadway wo die Aktion ist, Flughafen mit dem Taxi nur 15 Minuten weg ohne Rushhour

Cons:

Aufzug sollte unbedingt erneuert werden, event. das Hotel renovieren. Für 3 Nächte in der Stadt war alles gut. Kühlschränke an der Rezeption sollten besser befüllt sein.
