The friendliness of the staff and they called us to let us know that our package had arrived.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. The staff are so friendly and helpful and housekeeping are on top of keeping your room clean and restocked with fresh towels, water and freshly made beds daily. The room service was so fast and the food was amazing. The short ribs were our favorite!

Well maintained nice hotel, good restaurant within the hotel as well. Nice hot tub area, no pool, felt like the hotel was a little more suited for adults/couples. It’s not in downtown, so thankfully plenty of parking. Unassuming from the outside, but lodge like on the inside. Our room was well insulated so didn’t hear other people, and I liked that I could open the window for fresh spring air. Just under a mile from downtown Jackson, so could walk it. The entire area is beautiful during any season and definitely enjoyed our stay - hope to come back soon!

We loved the location and easy access to everywhere but just out of the hustle and bustle of the town. We also loved how cozy the inn was and the coffee, tea and snacks that were always available! Staff was kind too.

Absolutely clean, comfy and elegantly appointed. Felt like I had a royal treatment.

Location was great. Rooms were really clean & spacious. Snack station was an added benefit for healthy snacks. Cleanliness was above expectations.

We had a great time staying at the Wyoming Inn. The staff is kind and housekeeping does an amazing job keeping your room clean and comfortable. We really liked the microwave and small refrigerator in the room too. The Wyoming is at a good location and they even have a shuttle service to take people to the town square area. It was nice not to have to worry about parking! It was a very nice place to stay while exploring the Grand Teton National Park.

This hotel is truly one of the best I have ever stayed at. Having visited many five-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say this property stands out. The staff is amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel welcome. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
The hotel is also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. From the service to the accommodations, every detail exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Beautiful facility, beautiful town, and very friendly people overall.

Breakfast is fine and just as good as elsewhere.
We liked the hotel it was comfortable had really useful amenities: near the town shuttle bus (easier and quicker to use this than any other transport runs all the time and frequently)
The washer and drier free facility was a superb idea: you are given a washing tablet and drier sheet: this was excellent for us as we were touring.
The cookies and afternoon coffee are a lovely touch.
