Rooms are a bit outdated but we had a comfy stay overall

Not Worth the Price
Cons:

Understand it’s a tourist destination, but the price we paid for a nice room that was on the street, with audible sound constantly, and the room above also loud when the guests moved around, isn’t even close to many other high end hotels we’ve stayed at. I would have expected a place like this, charging what they do to at least be off the Main Street and constructed well enough to dampen noise from above.

Stayed longer than expected
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights early June 2026, on check in we were greeted by a extremely helpful lady called Megan. Megan was efficient with our check in and informing us of amenities and attracting's in the area. She is a great asset to the hotel and is very customer focused. Our original booing was for 5 nights but we stayed one extra night as the hotel is really lovely, its location is great, rooms are a good size. The hotel offers fee tea/coffee in the foyer. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to drop you wherever you want to go in the general location of Jackson hole. The rooms were clean, and had a separate sink to the main bathroom which was handy. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The town of Jackson hole is very pleasant, people are friendly and helpful, the shopping, bars and restaurants are good, and it closeness to the Grand Teton national park is great.

Well pleased.
Pros:

Great place, great restaurant, great service. We stayed in the king junior suite, and it was great. Conveniently located to downtown with a great shuttle service.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and well-ventilated. The blackout curtains were very helpful.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant, for breakfast, was not good at all. The coffee tastes more like hot water. The oatmeal was terrible. We only ate there once because of that experience.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Great staff and place to stay. Location is perfect for walking to most restaurants with a shuttle if needed. Highly recommend!

Disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointed in the food in the restaurant. No outdoor seating or lounging areas at all. If you wanted out of your room there was absolutely no place to go. No “convenience “ store for incidentals.

We stayed to celebrate 4th July, the staff were moody (amery), unpleasant and very rude - everytime I asked for help she was unprofessional. For 4th July the hotel smelt like drugs it’s definitely not luxury.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Wyoming Inn while seeing Yellowstone. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfy beds, the staff great and it is in the perfect location. We had an issue with our room and Emma was very helpful in making things right. The extra free touches were so nice from the coffee in the lobby, yummy cookies, lip balm, lotion, flags and red, white and blue beads for fourth of July. One day they had an ice cream van outside, another day whiskey tasting. We loved our stay at the Wyoming Inn!
