really gorgeous room, water bottles, wonderful bathroom, nice location, great staff

Cons:

$20 for s glass of regular white wine and $75 a day for car is just too much

Also right after you took a shower, there es a fetid smell in the room for a bit.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and unique! The location in Georgetown was great, near many restaurants and shops and the main street in Georgetown. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our only wish would be to stay longer.

A perfect stay for America's 250th
Pros:

We stayed at The Graham for the 4th of July. It was FANTASTIC. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel itself was exceptional. The rooftop patio was the perfect spot for watching the fireworks!

Cons:

The 4th of July party on the roof seemed a bit unorganized. We had called numerous times over the past few months to ensure we could attend the party, and the manager had assured us. Then, when we arrived, we were told it was a private party and we could not. After some discussion, the staff helpfully gave us admittance. Thanks!

Very pleasant stay and would return during next visit
Pros:

All of the hotel staff we encountered were extremely accommodating from check in thru check out.
The Graham was fully booked and it was a holiday weekend. For all our encounters, the staff were patient, kind and accommodating.
The room was extremely clean (it needs to be mentioned as the experience comes to a halt if it is not, although this should be a non- negotiable, and considering it is pet friendly, even more imperative); the location is an excellent for exploring Georgetown. We were only looking at properties where we could bring our small dog.
The rooftop is a wonderful place to meet friends with terrific views all around and drinks.
The locale is excellent for parking and walking.

Cons:

Overall the facilities should be improved upon; the bedrooms and hallways leading to the room are in need of brightening and refreshing.( again the room was very clean and comfortable but it was fairly basic in decor and lacking more upscale amenities)
The hallways leading to rooms are dark and almost could be borderline dingy; should be refreshed
The lobby is small functional but could also be updated

Finally The lack of proper dining is a disadvantage; the little place next store is decent but few waitstaff and painfully slow ; it does not appear one is able to have room service. ( or directly on premises coffee/ other light / healthy offerings all day) and this even impacted the very limited menu on the roof top
With the Rosewood and Ritz Carlton in such close proximity, the Graham has all the promise to offer that experience in more intimate small hotel

We would stay there again for it’s convenience and price point
Pros:

Great location in Georgetown, extra friendly doormen, great rooftop bar with amazing views

Cons:

Couldn’t get earlier than 4pm check in, their gym facility, which is a very small room (smaller than our guest room), doesn’t open until 8 am, pillows were very big and bulky (over stuffed), one hot elevator
