The front staff was incredible and they treated everyone with such kindness.
Pros:

It was nice and taken care off, the bathtub was great. The pool was good but the hot tub didn’t have great jets. Overall was still really good

Cons:

The bathroom mirror was placed over the outlet. Walking through the lobby to the pool
Was awkward but we got over that

Nice place but maintenance/upkeep is falling behind

Great restaurant, comfortable bed

Cons:

Black mold on tub grouting, unprofessional attempt at repair, cigarette butts around entry, couldn’t shut off baseboard heater so AC had to run all night, AC blew onto bed.

Very positive. So easy and not at all unpleasant
Pros:

Super clean, easy and efficient check-in with no unpleasant surprises. Staff helpful, no attitude, and quick. This was a last minute booking and a very late check in time.

Cons:

Didn't have any normal size towels. Only hand towels and face cloths.

Love it here I would just make sure I don’t book the interior room again
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean and I like the restaurant Firestone.

Cons:

This was my fault but we booked an interior room.
I didn’t like that there was no window and the sink is not in the bathroom. I e stayed in other rooms there and it was much better.

Not great and prices for a scrub room is ridiculous

I didn’t like how when I got in my room that it had absolutely no air flow and no window just one to the hallway with a curtain that u can see right though so no privacy. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working… The toilet had a ring in the bowl.. also the bed had metal posts sticking out of the bottom and I kept hitting my ankles. Also the tv had no remote and it seemed like someone broke it. And the room had a funny smell too due to lack of air flow. I was also informed from the front that u have to call in order to get a good room because the website gives u cheap rooms. & they took my deposit when I cleaned the room before I left I unfortunately only got a photo of this weird stain on the bed and the dent in the tv.. I thought I took a photo of the bed but I guess I didn’t sadly :(

Fantastic family stay in a great location
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic family stay at the Coast Lethbridge Hotel this past summer! The location is wonderfully convenient for getting around town, and having a great restaurant attached right on site made meals super easy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were so cozy that everyone slept soundly throughout the night. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, which was clean, warm, and not too crowded during our visit. Every single staff member we encountered at the front desk was cheerful, accommodating, and quick to help us out with local tips. The overall atmosphere was extremely perfect for relaxing after a long day of driving. We will definately stay here again next time we pass through Lethbridge and would recommend it to anyone looking for great service!

Reasonable price clean convenient!

Restaurant attached to the restaurant was delicious!

Cons:

Blankets were a little thin so needed an extra :) then all good !

The stay was ok. The pool was only open until 10 and someone came at 5 mins to, to shut it down. The parking is awful.

The property was clean and nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when I came back to the hotel around 6pm that there was absolutely no where to park and with an injured child it made it extremely difficult
