La posizione

Cons:

Ho prenotato una camera per due adulti e una bambina di 5 anni. La mattina dell’arrivo mi inviano una mail in cui mi chiedono se voglio aggiungere un letto per la bambina per 350 corone a notte, perché nella camera c’era solo il letto matrimoniale. Non avendo scelta ho detto sì, e alla fine il loro aggiungere un letto voleva dire preparare un divano letto già presente in camera (e scomodissimo tra l’altro). Diciamo che non ho apprezzato la poca chiarezza, dal momento che quando ho prenotato ho specificato il numero di persone, ed è poco verosimile che si possa dormire in 3 in un letto matrimoniale

Localisation, petit déjeuner, personnel

Cons:

les chambres "compactes" sont vraiment difficiles à pratiquer (la salle de bain particulièrement, on trempe tout en se douchant tant c'est petit et c'est un rideau de douche) lits correctes, mais il ne faut pas avoir de problème de mobilité. Nous avons changé de chambre pour la seconde nuit (avec un supplément "correct" de 20€)

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super, man erreicht fußläufig sowohl den Strand, als auch die Innenstadt/Altstadt. Auch mit Hund ist das Hotel super - der große Schloßpark ist in Sichtweite und das Hotel ist sehr freundlich, es gab sogar Näpfe und einen Snack.

Ich kann die Kritiken am Essen/Frühstück nicht verstehen - es gibt immer eine warme Hauptspeise, die auch sowohl vegetarisch, als auch glutenfrei auf Nachfrage zubereitet wird. Dazu gibt es täglich wechselnde Salate und eine Suppe mit Brot und Beilagen. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit vielen frischen, gesunden Speisen (Obst, Sprossen, Rohkost, Humus).
Zudem kann man sich den gesamten Aufenthalt Kaffee, Tee und Wasser kostenfrei holen.

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und war jederzeit gut gelaunt!

Cons:

Der einzige negative Punkt sind die recht hohen Parkkosten, aber das liegt sicher an der zentralen Lage. Dafür steht das Fahrzeug sicher im privaten Parkhaus nebenan.
