It was very handy to have breakfast and dinner included and the big bonus was to have also tea and cake included too! Good buffet food selection and quite nice and that apple pie - absolutely delicious.

Alting! Valuta for pengene var helt ekstremt god! Morgenmaden var helt igennem fantastisk, og værelset var skønt. Design på hotellet og værelser var varmt og skandinavisk, men med masse personlighed. Selvom vi ikke havde tænkt os at gøre brug af halvpensionen om aftenen, endte vi med at komme forbi og spise lidt inden en sen middag, og det fungerede faktisk helt fint.
Hvis jeg skulle komme med noget, så skulle det være et nyere TV på værelset. Vi savnede at vi kunne se streame noget på skærmen, og var kun i stand til at se udsendelser på svensk og enkelte ting på engelsk. Men når det er sagt, var alt andet perfekt.
Breakfast and dinner were really good and the inclusive afternoon "Fika" (a traditional Swedish afternoon coffee and cake) was a lovely touch!
Staff were all friendly helping us to see the local sights!

Very good hotel overall, ideally positioned (very close to city center, train station).
Included dinner and afternoon coffee beside included breakfast makes this accomodation a great deal - we really enjoyed all the meals.
Friendly staff, despeite a little hickup during check-in (the las thing I wanted to hear at 01 am after travelling was that they do not expect anyone for check-in, despite I email th reception in advance about my very late arrival).
Even though the facilities are a bit worn, as some other guests suggest, everyghing was functional and clean.
Bad was super unconfortable, this was by the worst hotel bed by far I have ever experienced (not only too soft, but also feeling "shaky" after every move. Minus 2 points on the bed, otherwise I would give 9.
Sauna is turned on only upon request (which I would not midn at all) if the sauna did not turn off again after only like 30 minutes.

The hotel is located right in the old town, in walking distance to a lot of touristic places.
We booked a smaller room but we got an upgrade on place to a better one (bigger).
The breakfast is buffet and very rich in food..
They also serve dinner, included in the price, which is also a very good thing.
Staff is great too and very friendly.
The bed is very soft. For people like us who are used to sleep in harder matrass that was a bit challenging. The rest is all good.
