It’s centrally located.Great value and excellent service.
Parking is always a problem.
We flew into Miami Airport and took the free hotel shuttle. We had an overnight stay before our cruise the next day. Check in was quick and easy. The Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff for friendly and helpful. The hotel had a restaurant available, but a little on the pricey side and we did not try it. There were several choices of nearby restaurants within walking distance. They also for a fee can make travel arrangements to the cruise port the next morning which was very helpful as there were six of us and all the luggage.
Would have to of seen a more affordable food options within the hotel itself.

Airport Shuttle didn't stop at first, but after 30min it did and left us on the entrance of the Hotel.
The location was perfect, the shuttle service was appreciated, and the staff (especially Carlos) made the stay memorable enough that I will be staying again and also recommending.
The room was not as clean but other than that, nothing.
Las instalaciones son amplias se ve que es un hotel grande y que en su tiempo tuvo que ser un hotel de fama . Tiene una buena ubicación.
Debe ser modernizado se ve que es un hotel antiguo que lo mantienen.
Más si requiere una inyección de dinero para ponerlo perfecto .

Der Pool sah super aus
Das Hotel war komplett überbucht.
Wir haben erst gesagt bekommen, dass unser Zimmer in einer halben Stunde fertig sei und wurden mit einem Getränke Gutschein vertröstet. Nach 4 Stunden wurde uns dann gesagt, es gäbe absolut kein Zimmer mehr. Gebucht und bezahlt war schon längst!
Unsere Möglichkeiten waren von dem Hotel in ein anders transferiert zu werden, ein Hotel welches wesentlich schlechter war (eine Preis Erstattung gäbe es nicht) oder zu stornieren.
Wir kamen um kurz vor 20 Uhr an, mussten am nächsten Tag um 8 Uhr abreisen und mussten uns um Mitternacht noch ein neues Hotel suchen! Eine reine Katastrophe! Der Anwalt ist bereits eingeschaltet.

Chegamos às 20hs para fazer o check in , as 22:30hs fomos informados que o hotel estava cheio e nos e outras 30 pessoas que estavam esperando na recepção estavam com ovebook e iríamos ser transferido para outro hotel .
Que a reserva feita pelo Booking nao seria honrada.
O mais decepcionante é que fomos cobrados duas vezes, a primeira o PULLMAN debitou nossa diária no cartão como no-schow e o hotel que nos encaminhou ( muito inferior ) também cobrou a diária.

Nos dejaron en la calle a las 23h por sobrevender habitaciones y no nos ofrecieron alternativas.
