I nearly didn’t stay because of the reviews. But the hotel was brilliant and for what you pay it’s good value for money.
Pros:

Very clean and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The gym was a bit small and could do with some more equipment but that’s just an opinion. Nothing major.

Instalações do hotel e quarto com ótimo tamanho, cama boa, banheiro de bom tamanho!

Cons:

A caução de $ 100,00 que precisar deixar no check in, leva uns 10 dias para ser estornado na conta bancária, se precisar dessa grana para o resto da viagem, esqueça!

Decepcionante
Cons:

No pidieron identificación a mi familia, lo que quiere decir que es un riesgo porque no hay controles de identidad. Yo mismo descargue y transporte mis maletas de mi carro al hotel.

Bad experience in comparison to previous stays
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

The front desk staff had a very bad attitude, I’ve request for towels twice in separate days that never came, in 3 days never came to clean the room.

I will not go back
Cons:

I arrived at 10:30 PM expecting to use the hotel shuttle service, which was advertised as running every 30 minutes until midnight. Unfortunately, the shuttle never arrived.
I called the hotel and was informed that the shuttle service had ended for the night due to an unforeseen event. No email was sent informing of this before I arrived. The staff member told me she would send someone to pick me up, but no one ever showed up.
After waiting, I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, I requested reimbursement for the taxi fare and some form of compensation for the inconvenience. I was told that neither was possible. Instead, I was given the manager's business card and informed that she was off that day.
What disappointed me most was not the initial problem, as unforeseen events can happen, but the hotel's response. The staff spent considerable time explaining why the situation occurred and why nothing could be done, yet made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or make things right.
I hope hotel management will contact me to address this matter. If I do not hear from anyone within one week, I will post this review on Google Reviews so that other travelers are aware of my experience.

Le repas au bar était bon et le personnel très agréable

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre d'hôtel n'était pas propre. Trace de dentifrice dans le lavabo ainsi que des poils de barbe.
Les toilettes n'avait pas été lavé, trace de selles.
Pas de serviettes disponibles à la piscine pour pouvoir se sécher.
