L'oubli du lit supplementaire pour mon fils
Las camas son muy cómodas, la luminosidad y la ubicación, una TV muy amplia. Utensilios de baño excasos y no tiene nevera aun que sea para manter agua fresca.
Le falta parking, el hecho de tener que estar poniendo tiket en el coche por ser todo de pago es un atraso. El desayuno bufet tiene un precio irrazonable e inaccesible 17€ por persona para desayunar es un exceso. El ascensor puedes estar 1t minutos esperandolo para poder bajar, parecía que solo funcionaba 1 de 2 que hay, es un edificio muy alto y se te va mucho tiempo solo esperándolo.
Personal atent, sobretot el personal de cafeteria i restaurant.
Esmorzar correcte tot i que poc variat.
Habitacions correctes i netes. Grans i llits còmodes.
Lluny del centre de Lisboa.
Només dos ascensors per tot l’hotel i agafar-lo és tota una odisea, sobretot a l’hora d’esmorzar.
Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet.

La ubicación, no hay parking en la zona y además solo tiene 2 ascensores para 11 plantas… Lo que hace que tenga que esperar mucho cada vez que se sube y baja. El desayuno es regular

Todo muy mal desde el inicio. La recepcionista nos dio una habitación equivocada y durante la noche intentaron ocupar nuestra habitación, de hecho abrieron la puerta.
Por la mañana nos dirigimos al comedor a desayunar y teniendo contratado el servicio no nos tenían en la lista.Tuvimos que movilizarnos para solucionarlo., y lo peor que 0 DISCULPAS . FATAL TODO.

Rooms are large and very nice. Balcony was also nice and big.
Elevators were slow at some points and our sink was backed up. We mentioned this to the front desk but nothing was done.
