Overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I liked that the property was at the centre of everything.

Cons:

Because the property was very green we had to call down to reception for another set of bathrobes and slippers. Then I realized that there were no face cloths and went down to reception to ask for some. I think things like these are very basic and should be in the room already.

Pros:

Localização excelente
Pros:

Localização conveniente, em um shopping junto à estação de trem, no início do centro histórico.

Cons:

Pedi um quarto com vista boa, pois ficaria mais de 10 dias no local e trabalharia do quarto.
Deram-me um quarto no andar mais baixo do hotel, ignorando por completo o pedido.
