Warme kamers, perfecte locatie. Hier en daar wel gedateerd.

De locatie is echt super.

Cons:

We sliepen op de eerste verdieping boven het restaurant ‘Kobe’ van Crown Plaza. Het was die dag 30+ graden en de airco (en koelkast) werkte amper waarna we beide ramen openzetten om maar wat lucht te krijgen. Helaas bleek het ‘poortje’ onder onze ramen een verzamelplek voor jongeren te zijn en hebben we aardig last gehad tot 02.00 uur waarna we de dekbedden uit de lakens hebben gehaald en eindelijk wat rust kregen.

Fantastische locatie en super vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

De ligging is perfect! Direct aan de Maas en tussen de bruggen waaruit je kunt kiezen om direct het centrum binnen te stappen! Het interieur van het hotel lijkt wat gedateerd maar de kamer was heerlijk fris en super fijn!

De 2 dames en heren in de ontbijtzaal waren zo enorm vriendelijk, gewoon geweldig! Ook de keuze was top en goede service!

Cons:

De menukaart van de bar en het restaurant, op de barkaart stonden sweets maar deze waren niet beschikbaar bij de thee. Hoezo geen vlaai in Maastricht? De kaart van het restaurant heeft niet veel keuze en lijkt wat eenvoudig. De kaart van de bar was wel aardig.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, super Lage an der Maas und innerhalb von 5 - 10 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war super. Von Allem genug da.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auf voller Leistung. Trotzdem war das Zimmer nicht kühl. Das ist verbesserungswürdig.

Good Potential, Better Care Needed
Pros:

The strongest point of this property is certainly its strategic location, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself feels welcoming, and the room was tastefully furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bed was also extremely comfortable and contributed to a good overall rest.

Cons:

The reception service felt rather impersonal. While professional and efficient, it lacked warmth and did not provide much information or guidance during check-in. Housekeeping could also be improved: I found a hair inside one of the cups in the room, and there was visible humidity damage on one of the walls. Finally, I did not particularly appreciate the policy of holding a deposit on the credit card for potential damages, as it felt unnecessary.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, personale di servizio quasi perfetto, qualche problema di parcheggio.
Pros:

Stanza: letto comodo ma il sistema del top sul materasso era assolutamente irritante: lenzuola non rimboccate sotto il materasso e il top sopra il materasso scivolava da tutte le parti così che il mattino ti trovavi in posizione pericolosa. Alzarsi dal letto così alto e in disordine era ogni volta un esercizio per acrobati!

Cons:

Il parcheggio auto è bello ma poi per uscire con due diversi cedolini che non sai bene come funzionano è un problema: manca una vera spiegazione e ho dovuto chiamare al citofono con problemi di traduzione per farmi aprire la barriera di uscita! Parcheggio non era assolutamente "User-friendly"
