Onrustige en slechte nachtrust door het alarm dat meermalen afging.
Cons:

om 4 uur ‘s nachts ging het alarm af. Een tijdje later weer. Probeerde de receptie te bellen, geen gehoor. Mensen liepen in de pyjama over de gang.
De volgende ochtend ging het alarm weer af. Vanaf 7.30 6x… toen wij daarover klaagden was het antwoord: ja sorry… Dan had ik wel wel wat anders verwacht. Wat een slechte , klant onvriendelijke reactie!

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre de Maastricht. Parking (payant) parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, excellente literie. Petit déjeuner très bon.

A pleasant stay in a great location by the Maas
Pros:

The location was excellent: very close to the city centre and nice restaurants, but not right in the middle of the busiest crowds. The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and we had a lovely view of the Maas river. The front desk staff were also friendly and check-in/check-out was very easy.

Cons:

The king-size bed was actually two separate beds pushed together, which made sleeping together a bit less comfortable. There was also only one bathrobe in the room at first, even though we were staying with two people, but the front desk quickly brought up an extra one.
