The location was convenient, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
The whole hotel team was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, from check-in to check-out, and the hotel offered a good standard of comfort and service.
We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Maastricht.
Great big comfy bed. Nice soft sheets. Room had a fridge, slippers & robe! The room would have been great, if i hadn’t had issues with the room listed below.
Fridge didn’t really work very well, so was grateful they had an ice dispenser (& a tub in room) to keep drinks cold.
The air conditioning wasn’t really working & it was really hot when I stayed. I did manage with leaving the window open, as it did open!
The shower pressure was quite bad.
I didn’t get anyone clean my room but I think I was just unlucky as they were on my floor, when I was in the room!
I did report all these issues to the hotel so that they were fixed before the next person arrived.

La ubicación es excepcional. Las instalaciones cómodas excepto por la cama; parecía un colchón muy usado que se hundía en la parte media. El opción de desayuno es un plus, sin embargo, siempre es lo mismo; no hay variedad. Todos los empleados, desde el front desk hasta el restaurante son muy amables.

Everything was great - location is perfect. Can easily cross the river or stay on this side closer to the train. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby. All staff was very nice.

De lokatie aan de Maas was echt perfect, het ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed met veel keuze. Grote ruime kamers met een zitje.
Het viel mij tegen dat we 2 grote bedden hadden op de kamer, terwijl ik om 1 groot tweepersoonsbed had gevraagd. In de badkamer was een bad waarin je moest staan om te kunnen douchen, persoonlijk had ik liever geen badkamer gehad maar een inloopdouche.

Waterdruk in de douche was laag, als de kraan aan was of toilet werd doorgetrokken moest je echt even wachten onder de douche.
