Worst experience at a crowne plaza
Pros:

I’m here for a conference with my husband (who is an IHG member). We are on the third floor facing south (room 748). It’s been a terrible experience. We checked in on Wednesday and it’s been in the upper 80s. The air conditioning didn’t work that first night, we complained and someone came by on Thursday about 4pm and supposedly fixed it. There was slightly cool air coming out…and that stopped about 10pm and we just have warm air blowing into the room. We’ve complained multiple times today (Friday) that it is cooler in the hallways and lobby than our room (I actually spent a lot of time outside today as it was cooler there than the room). With how hot the room is, I haven’t been able to sleep. We didn’t get maid service yesterday (Thursday) and heard from others on our floor that they didn’t either. It’s now 4:30 on Friday and still haven’t had maid service…my husband finally went and requested towels so we could at least have fresh towels. I did give 2 stars as the room is a nice size and they have water in the lobby. But I expect much better from a crowne plaza. I would not stay here again.

Luxus in Stadtnähe am Wasser
Pros:

Tolle moderne Zimmer direkt am Wasser. Betten super bequem. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in tollen Cafés und an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten....

Strom funktionierte nicht, man hat uns unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer gegeben.

Alles bestens.

Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

We hadden een hond op kamer, dan betaal je al extra dus verwacht je dat er dagelijks word gestofzuigd en ander beddengoed word gelegd. Dit was niet het geval. Enkel de vuilbakjes waren leeggemaakt. Het ontbijt van s’ochtens stond ook nog op de kamer.
