Staff went beyond to ensure a satisfactory stay, made up for booking.com inaccuracies.
Pros:

I booked on booking.com and it was advertised with breakfast incl. The booking was confirmed with no meal included. This is not the first time I've had this error on this site. Sought it out, it's not acceptable.
