Pros:

Room was a decent size, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Lovely woman who was fetched to the unmanned bar and served at breakfast. Very close to central station. Walking distance to Duomo and restaurants area. Wonderful vegan and vegetarian restaurant 1 minutes walk.

Cons:

Tiny unmanned "bar" cramped into reception area. Somewhat surly staff on reception; not the wonderful welcome experienced everywhere else in Sicily.
It's mainly a business and functions hotel.

少し古いホテルだがコスパ立地共に良し
Pros:

駅の直ぐ側で便利、部屋が広く掃除もきちんとされていた、朝食はメニューが豊富で美味しかった

Cons:

良いホテルだが施設全体が古く特にホテルの顔フロント周りが古ぼけた感じがした。フェイスタオルが今ではイタリアでもほとんど見なくなったハンカチの様な生地で肌触りが悪く拭き取れなかった。

Brilliant stay.
Pros:

We only stayed for one night and wish we had planned our trip better and stayed longer. This hotel is top class from the time we checked in and breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from. And all this just a short stroll from the station.

Cons:

No electric kettle in the room but this was never advertised so that’s my problem not theirs.

It was a perfect location for us
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for us--a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the passenger ferry port. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is somewhat old-school, with large rooms. The breakfast buffet was wonderful--the best we had in Sicily.
