Great location near the main train station and walkable to the city attractions and sights. Nice air conditioned room and nice sized hotel.
The hotel is in great Location. The breakfast was ok. The room was a bit small, but clean. The staff was also very helpful.

the breakfast and the breakfast room: cheap, uncomfortable, breakfast was a pure disappointment: switzerland has nice chesse or bircher muesli for example but they put only cheap stuff and low choice there
Location
The location was great: a 5 minute walk to the train station and great cafes and restaurants next to it. The staff was really nice, and our room was clean.
The room was really small, we were in an attic and you can’t stand up straight next to the window because of the slanted ceiling. The air conditioning and fan was really loud and affected our sleep. The pillow didn’t have a good support and was too soft. No mini fridge.

How refreshing to have an old school hotel that is not a chain! Excellent location 5 mins away all from main station. Family run vibe.

Struttura situata in posizione super strategica e comoda. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Malgrado l’albergo sia in una zona centrale la notte è stata silenziosa e tranquilla. Senza nessun extra da pagare mi è stata data una camera di standard superiore perché ne avevano di libere. Gesto molto gentile e non scontato.

Solid option in Zurich short walk from trains. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds (and a/c!). Only negative was the breakfast, skip it, definitely don’t pay for it! Thats the one area that we felt was (very) subpar, not sure why they bothered given what was offered with no changes day to day so every day was bad.
My family of 4 (with kids 19 and 17) had a lovely stay in one of the quad rooms. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal - close enough to walk from the train station, but far enough away that it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich.
