Für ein/zwei Nächte eine top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und macht den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders. Für ein/zwei Nächte profitiert dieses Hotel von der Stadtlage, die alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar machen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einfach. Aber das Frühstückspersonal ist dafür um so charmanter.

Pros:

I stayed in a four‑person room in Zurich, just a short walk from Zurich HB. The room was comfortable and perfect for our group.

The staff were truly lovely — they checked the room for us and kindly allowed an early check‑in, which gave us time to rest before exploring the city. We appreciated their warm hospitality so much.

Good value for money and super location
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the station
It was clean and well maintained
The rooms are basic but this is something I see a lot in Switzerland. It doesn’t mean it’s poor or bad just basic

Cons:

Not sure about the cheap flooring and the rooms could do with a freshen up
Should really provide iron and table as standard

Proximity to Zurich central station and city centre .

Reception staff were very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

Room was very small, wash basin in the bathroom had a shelf placed at wrong level making it dangerous and can cause head injury to the guest while bending forward or downward . Shower area was also too small and congested .

There were people yelling at the back side of the hotel late night making it noisy surrounding and difficult to sleep.

Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the Zürich Hauptbanhoff and even closer to the old town. Staff were all super friendly, very helpful and they allowed me to leave my bags until the evening. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.
