Overall the location and property are the best. Hopefully the pool is working next time!

Location and very clean

Cons:

I was charged twice and still have not received my money back after a week and a half. We notified the property the same day it happened and waited a week and called them again Friday and still haven’t gotten my money back in my account.

The guy serving breakfast was very grumpy and rude some knocked at my door a 3 in the morning loudly nun I’d the ice machine was working the poop was out water was off for construction it was just to much going on

Las limpiadoras muy mal educadas no dicen buenos días sólo le piden que se salga del cuarto que ya no tienes tiempo para estar ai tienen que contratar personas amables y enseñarles que si andan problemas personales o de cualquier índole el cliente del hotel no lo saben y ellos están para prestar un cervicio yo reserve 5 habitaciones y los amigos que les les reserve la habitación dicen que entes de las 11am les estaban tocando la puerta para que salieran

All of the staff is great! I feel at home being there but one young that really sticks out works the 7-3 shift I actually love her. She’s always pleasant just a great person all around
