The mini bar was free and saved going looking for snacks.
That the reception wasn’t at the entrance - they seem to make it work but if you were heading out of the building and wanted to talk to reception - you had to wait for the lift, get out at level reception, wait for lift again and get out at Ground.

Fantanstic botique hotel with "maximum hospitality" concept. Mini bar is free with drinks and snacks, and small dishes and drinks are available free of charge. Room design is superb and has all amneties and comforts. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Friendly and helpful service. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. Even just sitting in the lobby in the evening was a great experience, drinking the best quality tea, and admiring the flowers arrangement and the lobby design. Superb value for money.

We loved that the hotel was very well located. Mostly we truly enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and attentive to our needs. I’d like to mention Walter for his helpfulness and kindness. Under the direction of Sandi who was always present and welcoming and seeming to know everything that was going on, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room while a little small but that’s Italy. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was exceptionally cold. It was great.
The elevators were slow and only fit two or four people at a time.

Tertemiz, minibar ücretsiz, lobbydeki yiyecek ve içecekler öğlenden gece yarısına kadar ücretsiz olarak sunuluyor. Kahvaltısı güzel çölyak olduğum için ek olarak glutensiz ekmek kraker Müsli gibi yiyecekler de sundular. Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı. Milanoya tekrar gelirsek kalacağımız otel olacak. Minimalist ve ferah odaları mevcut porta venesia metro istasyonu 3-4 dk meaafede heryere gitmek çok kolay konumu çok iyiydi.

Everything was perfect. The hotel's interior was superb, the food was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic and included two free meals, something like lunch and dinner, plus free snacks and drinks 24/7. The gym and fitness center were great for getting you going in the morning. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was ready two hours early. The location was a 15-minute walk from public transportation and a 30-minute walk from popular attractions. I couldn't find any downsides. 10/10 for us, and we'll definitely be back in a few days on our way back.😃
