Nice place
Not a thing
Restaurant was great.
Not a lot of walking space around the bed.
Our bathroom was not cleaned. The shower had obvious dirt and stuff from previous guests. Luckily there was someone cleaning in a nearby room so she came in and cleaned but very disappointing to have a dirty shower and toilet. The cleaning lady said multiple times that it was very dirty and that it was crazy that it was not cleaned.
Really like the restaurant. Food and staff were great.
Not much space for walking to the bed
The staff is nice, but the hotel is dated and my room was just plain dirty. Different stains on the mattress cover, the toilet was disgusting, and a thick layer of dust on the nightstands.
The e property looks nice.
The hallways ceiling tiles need some updating and repair.
All self-serve. Breakfast food offered was very minimal, awful, and overpriced $21.95 for powdered eggs, floppy bacon, frozen potatoes. No fruit or juice of any kind. White bread or bagel that you toast yourself.
Coffee was self-serve from a thermos. Granted…it was “all you can eat” but who would want to? No taste!
Bathroom was not clean and requested washcloths, as the bathroom only had bath towels and hand towels. Was told they didn’t have any washcloths! Starting at 6:30am, noise began. Housekeeping (?) and repair work floor above.
Didn’t know breakfast was available. I could have used some coffee.
There was no Lipton tea , just chamomile.
It basically served its purpose.
We are from PA. My son is working in Denali for the summer. We booked for my son and husband to stay upon landing. We called and updated booking to include my in-laws before arrival. It took them 30 min to “find” us with our names and confirmation number. Then after updating and adding my in-laws names to the reservation they would not allow them (in-laws) to check in before my husband arrived. Upon arrival/check in. The tv and coffee maker did not work. In addition, this had to be the unfriendliest group of people ever encountered in hospitality.
The restaurant
I found the interaction with the gentleman working the front around 310pm on the 3rd to be lacking the hospitality and friendliness I expected from this establishment. The tone of the interaction felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which significantly impacted my first impression of the stay. The elevator was also extremely sketchy.
I believe that consistent, professional service is key to the guest experience, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future staff training
