The manager went out of his way to help accommodate my requests. The staff was friendly despite the hectic crowds.
Would highly recommend
Hotel was clean and staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating with any and all requests.
Crowded
Staff were helpful but hotel is in terrible condition… rundown…mold in shower… carpets dirty… wood windows coming apart
Buffet breakfast … you have to pay in advance for a reason… it’s terrible
Holland America put us up here… terrible
Central location, comfortable beds, restaurants in the facility
The lack of transparency about $50 security deposit
The staff was super nice and it has a very relaxing atmosphere.
I’m here for work on occasion and the staff is always very friendly. The restaurant and coffee are great and if the lights are out they’ve given me a call so I can step out to see them! I think it’s a great personal touch.
I've stayed here many times. I like the rooms and beds. I find it cozy and cute! I've always had clean rooms. The only I've experienced was my room key not working several times in a row. I like the coffee shop and the restaurant is good too
Great rooms. Great comfort ability
The location is great. Parking was plentiful.
The sliding bathroom door was ridiculously heavy and it did not have a handle. It was hard to get it open and close.
This is a pretty nice Hilton property in Fairbanks. My room was clean and quiet. The wifi reception was pretty good. There is a steak restaurant on site as well as a bar/grill but I elected to walk a few blocks to a Caribbean style place for dinner. This hotel is definitely worth your consideration for a stay when visiting Fairbanks.
We stayed at this hotel as part of a longer Alaskan tour. The hotel is very rundown and dirty, but my biggest problem was with the breakfast. They charge $25 for a buffet and all of the food including coffee with luke lukewarm. While sitting at breakfast, a mouse ran across the floor. At that point, I decided to give feedback to the hotel manager. When I asked to see the manager, they said there was no one on duty so I gave the feedback to the front desk receptionist who told me that was not a mouse that it was a shrew, which is “Alaska’s pet.” Needless to say, we were highly dissatisfied with this hotel choice. I was also informed that the restaurant was a contracted service that is not owned by Hilton.
very welcoming environment! i enjoyed an iced coffee in the morning down stairs. The gym was good nothing to extravagant. The room is clean, no complaints there.
