Large spacious room with modern clean bathroom. The 24/7 fully equipped fitness center was awesome. Excelent location
Location
Room’s AC wasn’t working well. We checked out super early for that reason. Was disappointed by the misinterpretation of the size and amenities of this room while booking online. I thought the room was going to be spacious and when we opens the door I couldn’t believe the size of this room was similar to small size box. I paid a lot of money and was very dissatisfied
Property was absolutely beautiful
Here’s a polished version of your review:
Nice, clean conference hotel. The pool was a great amenity, and I especially appreciated that the pool bar was open on Sunday. Food delivery was quick and convenient. While I wasn’t able to get a late checkout, the staff kindly gave me a pass to use the pool until it was time to leave for the airport that evening, which was a thoughtful touch.
We chose this hotel mainly because of the outdoor swimming pool which was enjoyable and one of the highlights of our stay.
However we were disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. We booked a room for three adults but upon arrival we received breakfast voucher worth only $50 which covered breakfast for two adults. Since the breakfast buffet costs $29 per person we had to pay extra for ourselves and for the third guest. I do not understand why a room is offered for three adults if breakfast is only included for two.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation but received no response. I also reached out to Booking.com and while they informed me they had contacted the hotel and would update me I never received any further information.
Overall the hotel itself was fine and the pool was nice but the unclear breakfast policy and poor customer service left a negative impression on our stay.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel during a professional conference. While the hotel facilities and location were excellent, I was disappointed by an incident involving items stored in our meeting room.
Several gifts and conference materials belonging to our organization were removed by housekeeping without authorization. Although some items were later recovered, several remained missing and others were returned damaged. Despite multiple communications with hotel management, the matter has not been fully resolved.
I hope the hotel improves its handling of guest and conference property and provides better communication when such incidents occur.
Overall, the property is well located, but our experience with this issue was frustrating and affected our event.
The room was very spacious and the facilities was clean. The location was convenient and check in was super quick! Room service was quick and convenient on our busy schedule as well. :)
The bathroom door is like a barn door style, slide door. It had a large gap in it and so if you are on either side of the bathroom door you can see everything in the bathroom.
I can sleep through just about anything but if you're a light sleeper you may need to get a higher level floor. One level two we could hear just about everything going on in the street. Again, not an issue for me as I slept through it all, but something to consider.

The price and could not confirm early check in
Denver Downtown Sheraton Hotel is an excellent choice for professional conventions. My wife and I visited Denver for the first time from May 16 to May 22, taking time to explore the beautiful city and see the mountains. Staying at the Sheraton was a convenient decision, with clean rooms, attentive service available at all time, many dining options within walking distance, the convention held in the basement and the second tower, transportation readily available, and the vibrant atmosphere of Denver making it a place we will gladly stay at again.
Great location, surrounded by a large variety of restaurants and retail stores and Regal cinema. One of the best hotel gyms, lots of equipment and Peloton
My husband and I were traveling with friends on a guided tour which had us booked at this hotel for 1 night. This hotel is located at a very convenient location - it was within walking distance of many restaurants and museums. It was very easy to catch the free 16th Street bus. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was small fridge in the room but no microwave. Great toiletries and lots of outlets in the room.
The hotel room is nice and roomy. Service is wonderful. The manager helps me when I have problems. The heater was good when the weather betrayed what google had predicted and I had not bring any cold weather garment with me. The conference venue is big and there are many satellite rooms.
I went to checkin and they had overbooked their hotel. They sent me to another hotel for one night. I had never experienced that before and it was definitely disappointing. But at least I got to checkin early the next morning before my meetings started so it was good. The shower was slightly wonky and one of the towel hooks kept breaking. I did call their maintenance team to fix these problems but both problems persisted anyway so I just lived with it.
Nonetheless Sherotan have very good staff, for example a great front desk staff, Sahil, who was really good. They did give me lounge access for the rest of my stay, which was nice.
The food is fantastic. Also, I needed a microwave and they brought one to my room. It was a mixed experience, really. When it was good, it was truly 10/10. But being sent away on the night I landed, and having things breaking in the room was not a 5 star experience.
Hotel is good location. The fitness center is nice but has the loudest most obnoxious music. Everyone tried to wear noise canceling headphones but you can steal hear it.
I kindly asked the front desk to turn it off or down. They turned it down to a perfect volume but then two days later it’s back and very annoying. I asked again multiple times and they still have not permanently lowered the volume of the terrible / annoying music.
The daily amenity fee, the extra charge for room serve delivery to take advantage of the amenity fee and the fact that the food delivered via room service comes in cardboard to-go boxes and with bamboo cutlery was what I did not like. The latter in particular was not a good experience in a noble hotel like Sheraton.
Stayed several nights while attending a conference at the convention center. We were upgraded to a suite. Room was spacious and clean. Very nice workout center. The breakfast in the club lounge was good, but did not change during our stay. It was convenient having Yard House connected to the hotel, as it was snowing once we arrived. Easy to jump on the 16th St. free bus to Rockies (got off at Blake) and Nuggets game (got off at Wynkoop).
