Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

Very fancy, clean and well kept

Cons:

The temp in the room very humid and either too hot or too cold .
Also some staff was not very helpful

Great Hotel
Pros:

My daughter and I had amazing service starting with check in. Riley was very professional, kind. He definitely made our stay amazing. He went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday weekend memorable. Sheraton should be honored to have him as an employee.The staff was kind and responsive to our requests. Room clean, beds comfortable. Best coffee I have in a long time at the coffee bar. I will be back

Really a fantastic stay

THe location was great! Easy walking to the free 16th St bus, other areas, art museum, good restaurants

Denver quick stay
Pros:

Quite run down hotel rooms. Had a large suite and couldn’t turn off the a/c which was very loud. Room was quite tired. Nice bars and coffee lounge in lobby with golf simulator.

Fun & Pleasant Surprises
Pros:

The Sheridan hotel has a lovely atmosphere. it is very clean and welcoming, the staff are friendly and amicable.

they had free activities to do everyday (donations welcome) such as Arts & crafts including tie dye, suncatcher creation, coloring, bracelet making, making your own bookmarks and journals. This was such a fun activity filled weekend! Shout out to Sierra!

Riley at the front desk.
Pros:

I originally got a room on the 10th floor. I went down to the front desk and asked Riley if he had anything available in a higher floor. He went back to his office and a few minutes later came back with a beautiful room in a high floor overlooking the beautiful Rockies. I’m spending the rest of the month in training here in Denver with an amazing view and all thanks to Riley.

Pros:

Our stay was amazing! My room was a suite and very spacious, posted a couple of afternoons with my friends in my suite. The guest lounge was excellent! On our last day here, our flight was delayed, and we were waiting in the lounge and Cody treated us to some wine tasting. He made our day for sure!

All about the COMMUNITY!
Pros:

I absolutely LOVE this hotel!! Right in the heart of downtown Denver it's the perfect location for checking out local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and local attractions! They have a fantastic rooftop pool with an Instagram worthy mural to get fun pictures! What I also love about this hotel is that they're all about the local COMMUNITY!!! They have an amazing community program where they highlight local artists (singers, painters, crafters) . They have a great calendar for fun events to do at the hotel. They have things like wine events, book clubs, live music, etc. It's perfect for the local community and anyone staying at the hotel!!! I absolutely love how much they value the local Denver community!!

Room’s AC wasn’t working well. We checked out super early for that reason. Was disappointed by the misinterpretation of the size and amenities of this room while booking online. I thought the room was going to be spacious and when we opens the door I couldn’t believe the size of this room was similar to small size box. I paid a lot of money and was very dissatisfied

We booked a room for three adults but received voucher only for two people

We chose this hotel mainly because of the outdoor swimming pool which was enjoyable and one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

However we were disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. We booked a room for three adults but upon arrival we received breakfast voucher worth only $50 which covered breakfast for two adults. Since the breakfast buffet costs $29 per person we had to pay extra for ourselves and for the third guest. I do not understand why a room is offered for three adults if breakfast is only included for two.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation but received no response. I also reached out to Booking.com and while they informed me they had contacted the hotel and would update me I never received any further information.
Overall the hotel itself was fine and the pool was nice but the unclear breakfast policy and poor customer service left a negative impression on our stay.

Conference Gifts Trown away Materials Removed Without Authorization
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel during a professional conference. While the hotel facilities and location were excellent, I was disappointed by an incident involving items stored in our meeting room.

Several gifts and conference materials belonging to our organization were removed by housekeeping without authorization. Although some items were later recovered, several remained missing and others were returned damaged. Despite multiple communications with hotel management, the matter has not been fully resolved.

I hope the hotel improves its handling of guest and conference property and provides better communication when such incidents occur.

Overall, the property is well located, but our experience with this issue was frustrating and affected our event.
