Good place - worth staying here .
Pros:

It was a nice place. Good staff. Great big room and a comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Internal courtyard and bar and an internal restaurant. Intergral garage which was great. 10 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Quite not withstanding.

Cons:

The restaurant wasn’t great.

If you are looking for a surprise visit from hotel staff in the middle of the night then this is the place for you!
Pros:

Staff entered my room in the middle of the night!

Great location between the train station and Piazza Maggiore on the via dell’independenzia. Room was clean. Weather was quite warm during my visit and air conditioning was minimally effective with room still quite warm even after many hours of running the A/C. Shower rather small and I either bumped the shower handle or door frequently and refrigerator did not work, Hotel staff knocked on my door at 23:30 awakening me and by the time I got to the door the staff had opened the door and started to come in. The two staff (desk person with dark curly hair and a porter) said “sorry Mr. XXXXX” and ran off. Given they called me by my name they must have known it was my room and why they came in while I was sleeping I have no idea. I asked the next morning and did not get an answer. Also provided my contact information for the manager to contact me about this and as I am writing this 5 days after departing I still have not been contacted by the manager.

Prima Lage mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich im Innenhof mit Bar. Alles war sauber. Parkgarage unter dem Hotel, allerdings ziemlich teuer. Lage war ideal für uns, da wir 100m vom Hotel zu tun hatten. Viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. Parkgarage recht teuer.
