Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, sauer und ruhig. Das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hört nicht die anderen Gäste. Es ist sehr gut isoliert und das Bett sehr bequem. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, wobei ich sehr veilerisch bin.

Sehr angenehmes, charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ausgezeichnet klimatisiert, geräumige Zimmer, charmantes Hotel. Garage top und alle Zugänge barrierefrei.

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein bisschen älter, aber im Wesentlichen hat auch da alles funktioniert

Wonderful stay, helpful and friendly staff, central location. Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent location, very central. Close to shops and main square.
Close to lots of historical sites.
Excellent breakfast, lovely fresh pastries, fruit and cakes. Tasty meats and cheeses.

Cons:

A little dated. The first room we were put in had a carpet and a musty smell . We asked to move and were put in to a room

Lovely and comfortable long weekend in excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent position, right in the center, superb kind staff, all amenities were well cared for and facilities were nice and spatious. Rooms were properly cleaned, no noise at all from street or corridor. Good breakfast with internationa and local options.

Cons:

It was so hot in Bologna I almost wished I could further decrease the temperature in the A/C of the room, but the function was already at it max (coldest). Not a big nuisance though.

Ein Stück des „alten Charmes“ direkt an der großen Via dell'Indipendenza
Pros:

Super Lage mitten an der großen Via dell'Indipendenza nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Piazza Maggiore. Das Hotel hat den „alten edlen Charm“ probiert weitestgehend zu erhalten und statt „grau und LED“ erwartet einen dunkles Holz, Marmor, Wandgemälde und jede Menge Spiegel.
Überall waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und gut gefüllt.
Das Hotel scheint zudem auf Inklusion zu setzten, da bei dem Personal ein Mitarbeiter mit Einschränkungen gearbeitet hat. Dieser hat sehr gut das Buffet aufgefüllt oder abgeräumt und alle anderen Kollegen haben ihn herzlich unterstützt und in die Belegschaft inkludiert.

Cons:

Leider ist der edle alte Charm gleichzeitig auch der Nachteil, da mit der Zeit einiges getan werden muss. An vielen Stellen lösen sich die Tapeten leicht und der Stuck wird brüchig. Überall sind kleine Macken und Kratzer im Holz und die Teppiche sind auch gut benutzt wurden.

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, keine „Espresso Bar“ mit Barista. Der Kaffee war für einen Automaten allerdings sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage hat zudem keine besonders gute Leistung gebracht. Es war nicht warm und es kam ein kühles Lüftchen aus dem Gitter, allerdings hat sie es trotz maximaler Einstellung nicht geschafft den Raum kühl zu bekommen (ca. 23-25°C).
