Es war sehr ruhig und das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze am Haus. Kaffee war kostenlos im Zimmer und wurde auch aufgefüllt. Leider wurde bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt nur 1mal sauber gemacht.
Leider wurde bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur 1mal sauber gemacht. Sehr einseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, kaum Auswahl. Kein SmartTv also kein z. B. deutsches Tv über Apps wie Amazon prime möglich.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when I have traveled to the Springs. It has never disappointed me, and the location is unbeatable.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly
Everything was great
The breakfast was good and the room was ok.
When we first walked into the room it smelled like urine. It was very moist and damp in there. I don’t know if it was the air conditioning that smelled or maybe the bathroom. Also, the first night there I needed extra blankets so I went to the lobby and asked the receptionist if there were any she checked and she told me she didn’t have any extras. I found that kind of hard to believe being that it’s a very large motel. I’m sure she had to have some extras in the back. Also, we used the swimming pool. It was upwards of 90° that day, but the pool was freezing. Should really invest in heated pools.

The elevator is not labeled at all which made it a little harder to find.
Location was great
Building smelled like wet dog and seemed run down.
Toilet was too low , the size of a kids toilet at school,
had to change rooms the second day to handicap room to have a higher toilet
Pillows were too hard
The , 2 Queen size beds in the first room were very comfortable and good pillows
Had to get a handicap room the next day , king size bed with hard pillows
The location was good. The room was ok.
1) unfriendly welcome at check-inn - evening lady was very unfriendly. 2) I had to pay with the credit card I booked with, although i asked to pay with a different card. I have never known a hotel that decides which card you can pay with (paying is paying). 3) it was a two night stay but after one night our cards didnt work and we had to go and reset. 4) the TV was not a smart TV which I would expect from a hotel that has 4 stars. 5) the shower gell wasnt in the shower, but by the sink, so do you have to get out midshower to get the gel 6) when you did try and use the showergel it didnt work.

Emplacement proche de Gardens of The gods et bien situé pour beaucoup d’autres points d’intérêts, fast food accessible à pied ou à moins de 10 mn de voiture plusieurs restaurants. Hôtel calme malgré qu’il soit situé sur une grande avenue. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit-déjeuner correct compris
Pour ceux qui comme moi aime bien aérer, éviter les chambres au niveau 4, les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas… il manque des cendriers à l’extérieur pour éviter les mégots jetés par terre devant les bancs près de la piscine … une deuxième machine à gaufre éviterai l’attente décourageante de bon matin !!
The bathroom was large. The hotel had restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also had a lot of security measures in place.
The hotel was noisy. We had a room on the ground floor next to the entrance and parking lot. The lobby was not attached to the motel proper so had to walk outside to get to it, which would be inconvenient in bad weather . The chair in the room had visible stains on it. The bath tub had some grout missing.
Convenient location. Fairly clean. Quiet.
Mattress worn and soft. Paint peeling off the tub and shower area.
The staff was super friendly. The pool was open and it was close to good businesses.

The sausage could be better and love biscuits and gravy.
