Stay for the location, but don’t expect comfort
Pros:

It had beds. And the price was good, given the location.

Cons:

The woman at the desk at check-in was not at all friendly, quite surly actually. The toilet in our room was loud and took verrrrry long to refill after flushing. We could hear barking dogs, people talking, and the slamming door at the side entrance when people entered and exited.

Great value, close to USAFA. Lots of restaurants in area.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Hot water was GREAT! Easy access to room.

Cons:

Shower stall needed work, paint peeling, tiles loose. Room 437.

The location.. and the first nights price. It might cost you twice as much for the same room though. Their pricing is very "fluid".

Cons:

Their fluid pricing... $60+ for the same room for an extra night (for the same room...NEVER AGAIN!)

The wrong room
Pros:

Shower and bed after driving all day from Louisiana

Cons:

The staff for telling me I had to pay a pet deposit for a pet friendly room when my dog is a service animal. Staff also tried to put us in an already occupied room. Luckily whoever was in that room was a heavy sleeper. Good thing they had the security latch set.

Great place good wifi and breakfast.
Pros:

Great place. Good breakfast. Pool closed for season.

Cons:

Stained bathtub from dripping taps but what can you expect for a cheap hotel. Was still great.
