check in, staff. Clean bathroom and bed.
noisy and very smelly air conditioner, the window was difficult to open to get some fresh air. For europeans, the breakfest is not good - eggs probably from powder, everything with chemical taste (but maybe normal in USA :-)). During check out, I wanted invoice. The staff told me that I will find invoice in booking.com, but booking.com claim, the hotel should give me an invoice....

Too dark and the room has a particular odor that I don’t like
Location was great. Breakfast was "ok". Not a lot of options.
Asked to be on the 1st floor as my mom and I had two heavy bikes to bring into the hotel - didn't seem to be much flex there as I was told the 1st floor rooms were for the pet owners. We got put at the very end of the 2nd building on the 4th floor which was a little difficult. In the future I will request ahead of time. Not being able to charge our drinks and snacks to the room was kind of old school.

Room in disrepair, noisy, could hear clearly upstairs conversations through bathroom vent. Evening staff surly and argumentative.
Breakfast was very good. The wait staff was exceptional, the pool was very clean for being an outside pool
The tv “cable” didn’t work after certain channels, the bathroom had no ventilation, the paint was peeling everywhere in the bathroom. There was something sticky on the carpet right by one of the beds. The electrical in one light was not working.
I love the facilities and how the location is easy to access
The front desk is rude. She doesn't greet with a smile and she was raising her voice to the customers.
Not a trip i live in Colorado springs just wanted some place close to work and i found it the best i literally got my deposit back the next day after checking out
