Pros:

Way overpriced for what they offer. Location is about the only impressive thing about this location

Cons:

The rooms are very old and run down. My ac was very poor and the shower and bathroom were awful.

It was great!
Pros:

The staff were were helpful and patient. The room was clean and the location allowed us to see various areas around the city. We were also walking distance from a few great restaurants.

Omni Charlotte
Pros:

The experience at the Omni Charlotte was very good. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the exceptional customer service more than makes up for it. I have stayed in many establishments, and I can confidently say that this facility has the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Every employee my sister and I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in how they could be of service. I would like to highlight a few team members who made our stay outstanding: Joe and Clarrise were absolutely amazing. Additional staff who deserve recognition include Ja’Sean, Javonna, Tsega, and Celesty.

Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated our stay.

A New Home Away from Home
Pros:

The staff was amazing! I had interactions with housekeeping, dining staff, and front desk. All of them went above and beyond to make the stay special for my 7 year old daughter and myself. We have found new "home" in Charlotte!

Convenient and considerate
Pros:

The location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and an easy Uber ride to convert venues. The hotel was clean and spacious. The Walgreens on the ground floor was very convenient, the Starbucks although I didn’t go was right there. The staff was friendly and what I really appreciated was that the hotel dredged up the towels everyday we were there. I didn’t need to make a request at the front desk.

Amazing experience at Omni Charlotte
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at the Omni Charlotte hotel. The staff was very responsive and attentive. They truly care and will do what they can to accommodate you.

The gym is outstanding and the bar was a very nice touch in the lobby. One of our favorite omnis and it’s located in the heart of Charlotte.

Fell In love with this hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed for a quick overnight in the city ! We fell in love with Omni . Service was amazing, our room was clean and beautiful, food was great ! We liked it so much we became Omni members ! Just became our go to hotel

As someone who travels often and works in the hotel space, I naturally pay attention to the details. My stay at the Omni Charlotte Hotel really stood out.
From the moment I arrived through departure, the front office team made a strong impression. I had a few questions along the way, and every time they were answered quickly and with a genuine willingness to help. That kind of responsiveness makes a difference and really elevated the experience for me.
What I appreciated most was the consistency. The service didn’t drop off after check-in, it carried all the way through the stay, which says a lot about the leadership behind the team.
Congratulations to the front office leadership for putting together a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. And a special nod to the Director of Front Office. Job well done. Bravo.

At the restaurant, we were asking questions about where we could sit and the waitress was not very friendly.
