Very disappointed the pool wasn’t usable. They did upgrade my room
Omni was a wonderful experience. Very lovely hotel and the location was amazing. I highly recommend.
Overall a good experience. The biggest negative is the pool was out of service, and there was no work being done on it. Apparently, it has been out of service for weeks. This is not acceptable for such a nice hotel this time of year!
also, the basic internet that is "free" to members is way too slow for any serious usage. Such an upscale hotel should not charge for internet. I complained an got the upgrade for free, but I should not have had to do that.
Our king room was smaller than expected, but OK. Very comfortable pillows and bed.
Need fart fans in the bathroom.
Complementary coffee available via checkin voucher was old and lukewarm. In room coffee was fine.
Instant hot water and powerful showerhead were awesome.
Very courteous staff!
I would give the omni 100/100 from arrival to departure. When we arrived valet walked up to the car and unloaded everything. Valet parking is 55 a night, but I rather pay then have to pay and park somewhere else. All my luggage was delivered to my room as soon as we checked in. My advice book a club level room!! The best experience yet. Front desk clerks were beyond amazing (super professional). Rooms are super clean and spotless, the whole hotel is clean!! If you plan on staying anywhere!! STAY HERE!!!!!! I will be back for my next trip in August!!!
For $360 per night the location and lobby were the only redeeming aspects. You walk into the lobby and immediately impressed by the interior. However as soon as you enter through the halls the carpet is dirty and the entire hallway is outdated and musty. The room itself had a great view but that’s about it. Our bathroom door was oddly sticky. The carpets had questionable stains. The entire room was just as outdated as the halls and smelled of mildew. The TV was small, crappy, and had a hard time connecting to the Google Chrome. Would never recommend anyone staying here for the price. The Marriott or Double tree around the corner (both of which I have been to before) are much nicer and worth the price.
I came from Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta and was excited to experience another amazing Omni property. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean—thank you to the housekeeping team for all of your hard work and attention to detail. The view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we had some difficulty sleeping on the first night due to noise outside, I completely understand, as we experience similar challenges at Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta.
The room was very well maintained, so a special thank you to the engineering team for their efforts. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay enjoyable. Keep up the great work and continue taking pride in your beautiful hotel!
The hotel felt like a ghost town, the pool closed very early and neither bars felt inviting and we didn’t get housekeeping service in our 2 night stay. Rooms were nice and clean, great view
Wonderful experience in my room . I loved the view . I enjoyed the atmosphere. . It was so peaceful a relaxing . I look forward to visiting and the pool be open . Hopefully soon
The rooms were perfect and very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and more than happy to attend to our needs to make us comfortable. Right downtown in the middle of all the local happenings; NASCAR, the hornets stadium, etc..
Hotels in a good location, but the pool was closed, which was the main reason we chose the hotel for a group of 20 and the rooms smelled moldy. was also unable to get a seat at the restaurant for breakfast because the hostess was off socializing and not paying attention to the restaurant. We finally gave up waiting and went downstairs to the Starbucks for breakfast. We felt like we paid a premium for services that just weren’t available to us.
Great experience and perfect location. The hotel was clean, welcoming and the staff were amazing! The pool area with bar and large screen tv were delightful. Beautiful breeze up there.
Went for a work trip and it was excellent. Located centrally, clean and had a great gym. The beds were comfortable and the hotel has all the amenities of a solid hotel experience. I would recommend again.
Fantastic experience due largely to the Omni Select Loyalty Ambassador who spoiled us rotten. Thank you Kirsten Burghartz for making our trip even more amazing. I swear being Icon status in the Omni program is the best!
The hotel is located in downtown Charlotte, close to attractions and the Spectrum, where the Hornets play. We asked for down pillows, but didn’t get them. The pillows were polyester and the bed soft, which is why it didn’t get 5 stars. They did give us free water and a complimentary drink. Staff were kind and polite.
Parking was $55/night. You could park nearby for $30. You don’t need a car if you are staying in Charlotte, as the airport is a $20 Uber away.
I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel Charlotte and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while remaining comfortable and accessible. My room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a subtle floral scent that created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Mr. Joe from the valet team, whose professionalism and friendliness made every arrival and departure seamless. I would also like to recognize Yasmine at the front desk for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Both exemplified outstanding hospitality.
The amenities exceeded my expectations, particularly the fitness center, which was one of the best hotel gyms I have experienced. The equipment was well-maintained, the space was clean, and it provided everything needed for a great workout.
Overall, the Omni Hotel Charlotte delivered an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, service, and amenities. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charlotte.
Noise from neighboring guests and we were placed in street-facing room made it impossible to sleep. At the hotel restaurant at breakfast, we to make several requests from the server for simple things like coffee, cream, sugar, and grits. While we waited, coffee and food grew cold.
The bed was antiquated and very low
I stayed at the Omni Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I was most impressed by Joe who worked with the baggage. When I was down in the lobby, I realized my baggage was too heavy for the plane. He got a scale and weighed my luggage. Was extremely motivating and helpful while I scrambled to get it below 50 pounds. He is definitely a gem and will be remembered, The room was very comfortable and I did have rooms service once and it was delicious. I was at a business conference at the convention center which was within walking distance.
Our experience was amazing I cannot remember the name of the young lady at the front desk. I have to say she was welcoming friendly and extremely nice. We arrived on Saturday May 30 at about 5 . She made everything so smooth getting checked in and when I asked a few questions after I checked in she answered everything. The rooms were clean the gentlemen that handled our bags check in and check out were friendly. Great experience
The hotel was nice but we only stayed for a day and ended up with almost $90 in fees to park in their garage. They should offer something for guests every time you go and come back you pay a new fee and then overnight resets at 4:00 a.m. so if you don't leave by then you get charged for an additional day
