There was no room service cleanup. Had to call for towels for the shower. Had to change room to due to a room had no windows to open complete lack of fresh air. no microwave in the room. The thermostat in the room was a type that could not be adjusted by the tenant only by maintenance.

Pros:

Parking lot had a patrol. The hotel had a beautiful view of the Mississippi building. We will be back next year. And maybe stay an extra day.

Best spot in town.
Pros:

Our hotel was right on Riverside Park overlooking the Mississippi. Convenient for Folk Fest event and Sunday we rode the Lacrosse Queen. Saturday night we walked downtown (Turtle Stack is almost IN the parking lot). The Lacrosse family members used uber home and it was $4.99. I LOVE Lacrosse!

The room had a great view and it was a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect! Beautiful views from our windows and we loved that they opened and we could get the breeze coming off of the water. The shower was also great.

Cons:

The room was a little dirty, a lot of dust under the bed, obvious when you were sitting in a chair and looking. It was also pretty noisy late/early.

The hotel lacks the features that would justify this kind of price.
Pros:

Amazing localization of the hotel, close to many restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk. The bed are comfortable and we enjoyed the city view from the 8th floor.

Cons:

The swimming pool and gym are small for an hotel this size… With the cost of the room we were planning to enjoy those features and we didn’t. The absence of a buffet breakfast with a room this expensive feels like a rip off. Overall a nice stay thanks for the restaurants and things to do near the hotel. But I felt like I paid way to much for this room and will go to another nearby hotel the next time I’m staying in LaCrosse.

Nice hotel great location
Pros:

La.Crosse is a busy town and the hotel prices reflect that. Plus this hotel is on the river and the availability to restaurants is amazing. So more expensive.
However for the cost you would expect more than just a “holiday inn” room and facilities. Not there is anything wrong. It was clean and provided all the things. It was just the price of a Hyatt. So you expect those little things that distinguish them from others.

Cons:

Out beds were not made, towels seemed to be moved but nothing was replenished
