Very disappointing experience.

Parking was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, but the hotel refused to provide any real solution and left us to deal with it ourselves.

Breakfast was included, but since we had to leave at 06:30, we asked for a lunch box. What we received was embarrassing: cheap packaged snacks, juice and an apple. I would maybe appreciate this lunch box if I were 7 years old.

Poor service, poor attitude, and definitely not what I expect from a hotel of this level. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Модерен и чист хотел.
Локацията много удобна.

Cons:

Ужасно студено в стаите. Нямаше възможност за отопление. Политика на хотела. Спрели централното отопление. Дадоха ни одела, но въпреки това в банята, беше по-топло от стаята.
Спахме с дрехите, включително и халата.
Изключително неприятно.
Всичко останало беше на ниво.

This day was very pleasant. I wish the TV had English access. For the people were very nice. The breakfast was excellent

Muy conveniente por la ubicación, pero el desayuno es decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Esta muy cerca de la estación central. La atención del personal no se distingue por su amabilidad. El desayuno no fue bueno, muy pocas opciones para elegir y la calidad baja.

Cons:

Me decepcionó la pobre calidad del desayuno y que mi habitación se encontraba junto a un cuarto de mantenimiento y se percibía mucho ruido por la/las personas que ahí laboraban.

Pros:

O quarto (triplo) é amplo, com lençóis e toalhas novos e limpos.

Cons:

Achei um pouco distante da Catedral ( 15 min de táxii) e de Navigli (20/25 min de táxii). Porém, perto do metrô para aqueles que preferem usar transporte público.
