More than just a hotel!
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable and to find a complimentary bottle of water on arrival is lovely. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. It took two visits to my room to set up the in room safe as I had problems. When I asked where to go for lunch, someone called the restaurant to tell them I was on my way. It felt like visiting people I knew rather than staying in a hotel.

Excellent convenient hotel in Milan
Pros:

This hotel completely met my needs for an overnight stay in Milan. It is 3 blocks from the central train station. The room was very small, but absolutely adequate-- there was nothing missing to make my stay very comfortable. The air-conditioning was very appreciated for a hot July night. The bathroom was again small, but I didn't need more than what was there. The room was very clean. I only stayed one night, but if I ever come back to Milan I would stay there again for multiple days. The breakfast was excellent-- many choices and well presented. The front desk people were helpful and lovely. The price was fantastic.

Gut für einen Wochenendtrip nach Mailand, idealerweise per Bahn
Pros:

Ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Mailand, die Nähe zu Bahnhof und U-Bahnnetz ist ein sehr grosses Plus. Für eine Anreise per PKW nicht ganz so optimal, da es kein hoteleigenes Parkhaus gibt (scheint in Italien generell nicht üblich zu sein). Gefrühstückt haben wir unterwegs, das Hoteleigene Frühstück können wir also nicht bewerten.

Cons:

Zum Parkhaus muss man etwas laufen, uns wurde ein günstigeres in der Nähe von der Olympia-Plaza empfohlen. die Parkhäuser in der direkten Umgebung waren etwas teurer, zumindest wenn man länger steht. Bahnhofsnähe eben.
