We only had a short overnight stay between trains and this was perfect.
Pros:

We had a three person room, right beside reception. Never had a more convenient room. Great location and facilities. Only 5 mins from metro too.

Great room for 1, albeit a little away from the city centre, but a short walk from the tourist area of central Milan
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and bright well maintained room, a little out of the way from the city centre but worthwhile considering, as it is close to one of the main stations in Milan.

The room was bright and spacious for one. It had a king single bed that was very clean and extremely comfortable. All the linen in the room was in good condition.

It was great to be able to open the two very large windows, one in the room and the other in the bathroom,for fresh air if needed. The cooling worked extremely well and although the shower stall was small, it was good.

Highly recommended for a short stay in Milan.
Pros:

Excellent location, only a 3 min walk from Centrale train station. Breakfast room is bright and comfortable, breakfast selection good. Upgrade to a junior suite was totally worth it, very spacious and comfortable.

Good location. Close to Train Station
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good but pricey and not included. Only a few minutes walk from Train Station. Only a few English speaking TV channels and all of them had a noticeable ( Leftist bent) to them.

L'emplacement près de la gare et du point de rencontre de nos excursions. La grandeur de la chambre. La salle de bain rénovée. Le personnel courtois.

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation et il y avait une odeur dans la chambre que nous étions incapable de déterminer la provenance.
