Not seeing me and my husband using Doubletree hotel booking.
Pros:

The hotel spacious.

Cons:

The room needing updating the edges of the floor their
ripping off, the refrigerator door It’s broke and not cold so my food got wasted because the refrigerator is not working And when I booked this room supposed to be breakfast included, but my husband and I have to pay for breakfast. I should’ve just went to comfort Inn breakfast included and that makes more customers happy.

Other than location, not worth the price
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Staff not so helpful. Waited forever to check in, no one was around. Then we were told our room was in the wrong tower. Room could have been cleaner. Someone else’s hair was everywhere in the bathroom. Getting towels also was difficult. We had listed 4 people in our room and they kept only putting two towels.

Looks nice but not fully clean
Cons:

They have cockroaches in the room we stayed in not just one but we saw multiple , we went to mall of America once we came back to the room after a great day of walking fun with the fam we get to the room turn the lights on and we see them running to hide under the AC unit

Pissed my shit got stolen from the managers desk after I merely forgot it there.
Pros:

The comfort every time. Solid. The girls love it.

Cons:

Forgot my debit card there and an employee stole it. Ran up about $600 or something like that before I caught wind of it. The card was stolen out of the manager's desk seemingly.
