Nothing
room
no apps on the tv, like Netflix etc
Your bed and pillows were awesome
Warm cookie when checking in. Clean rooms. Big soft towels and nice shampoo and lotion.
I liked everything.
Good service good room and good breakfast
Nothing
Loved everything about the property. Breakfast was expensive with no many choices at all.
No good selections for breakfast. 40+ dollars for two people, I wish we had looked t options before purchasing.
Clean and very beautiful

The room was filthy, mold under soap dish, shower walls where full of soap scum and public hairs. Carpeting was filthy and not vacuumed. Holes in the sheets, tares in the leather chairs. Bathroom floors dirty. Toilet was from like a kids lavatory. There was also mold on the ceiling. I am a travel agent and this is not even near a Hilton standards.
The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice.
The hotel has great potential but the staff was terrible! People that checked in during the day were offered free bottles of water for there room. At night when we checked we got nothing and had to go out at 3am to find a open convenience store to purchase some. Not knowing the area made that difficult. Calling the font desk is a challenge. You need to call and put it on speaker phone because it will ring for 5 to 10 minutes before someone answers. I did this 3 different times. The last time I called because we had no toilet paper and they said they would bring us some, THEY NEVER DID!! We had to use tissue paper instead. Luckily we were getting ready to check out at that time. Overall the hotel was nice but the staff made it the worst place I have ever stayed. I cant give it a low enough rating.
Parking and airport shuttle
The room is big.
- No drinking water and toiletries.
- It’s noisy outside when I stayed there and the room isn’t sound proof.
- The reservation system seems to be weak.
- Staff especially the old lady who works on night shift had no idea about customer service and her job. She doesn’t know where the rooms are and even told me the room I booked wasn’t available, doesn’t look at booking details as my room includes breakfast and she said otherwise.
The hotel was well kept, but it wasn’t anything special.
The menu at the restaurantwas not anything special. The buffet for the price wasn’t worth it. That was a big disappointment since we were busy and it would’ve been nice to have accommodations at the hotel.
It has a great location
They are short on staff (on the front desk), the hotel doesn’t have room service.
