Cleanliness
No microwave! Didn’t like being charged three dollars for water.
I made it to my room at 5:15 pm or so … took a shower and the water was still in the tub when I came back from the opera house . Ac set on 70 felt like 80 I woke up sweating
Access to the garage , and the water piping was messed up how did anyone not complain about the water issues
Easily accessible, nice, valet was friendly & attentive
The construction at 830am on Sunday. Saturday they waited till 11ish
Though the area is a little sketchy, it is close to the highway and mall.
There is mold throughout the air vents of the property, the lobby being the worst.
We stayed in room 302 and the bathroom was filthy. Pubic hair all over the bathroom tub, floor, and even one on the sink vanity area. There was even a blue eyelash in the tub. We were on a tight schedule our first day so we did not have time to wait for housekeeping, thank goodness I always bring Lysol wipes with me!
Then there was the constant drip from the pipe above my tub all day and night! The TV we could never get to work, they said they’d have to send up an engineer to look at it but we declined. We just wound up watching the news on our devices.
We were not a fan of the beds, we both woke up with lower back pain. But everyone is different, some might like the beds. The pillows and linens were good though.
And parking, the parking garage is so far away if you want to self park. At $29.23 a day to self park is a rip off!!! With their room rates being on the higher side this parking fee is ridiculous.
On the first night when we made it back to the hotel at 9:45pm, we thought it would be nice to have one drink before heading up to our room but the bar was already closed. I asked the man at the check-in desk about the hours and he said it closes at 10pm, I was like it’s 9:45 and he just repeated it closes at 10. We were exhausted and were not in the mood to be doing a back and forth.
I forgot to add the door to the room, it was very difficult to open and close. You had to put your weight into it or jerk it hard to make sure it clicked closed. It was as if the door jam was warped. Very unsafe.

The location was convenient and close to the Galleria. The lobby was clean, and some staff members were polite and professional.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the standards expected from a Hilton property. I experienced several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. The room and services did not match the price I paid, and my concerns were not handled satisfactorily. I expected a much higher level of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed and believe improvements are needed.
