Disappointing experience that did not reflect Hilton’s usual standards.
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to the Galleria. The lobby was clean, and some staff members were polite and professional.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the standards expected from a Hilton property. I experienced several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. The room and services did not match the price I paid, and my concerns were not handled satisfactorily. I expected a much higher level of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed and believe improvements are needed.

A deeply disappointing stay marked by poor cleanliness, unprepared staff, and lack of hospitality.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from a four-star hotel. Upon entering our room after check-in, we found the bathroom sink visibly dirty, which is simply unacceptable for a room that had been prepared for new guests. On another occasion, we requested a simple mug of hot water through room service to prepare some tea. What should have been a straightforward request turned into nearly 20 minutes of frustration, repeated refusals from the front desk, contradictory information, and the need to insist several times before our request was finally fulfilled. The day before check-out, we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for 5:00 a.m. We were told that the hotel did not provide this service and did not even have the contact information for any local taxi companies. During the conversation, one of the receptionists even asked her colleague, in front of us, whether this was "part of the hotel's policy," which demonstrated a concerning lack of preparation in handling such a routine request. The overall standard of service and hospitality fell well below the minimum one would expect. The staff appeared poorly trained, communication was inconsistent, and even the simplest requests proved unnecessarily difficult to resolve. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Booking una verdadera estafa! He sido robado
Pros:

Me robaron me cobraron 3 veces la tarifa que estaban cobrando. No vuelvo a usar booking. Llamé, hablé con el call center y no quisieron hacer nada a pesar que el hotel estaba de acuerdo en ajustar tarifa. Perdieron un muy buen cliente, yo usaba booking constantemente no vuelvo a reserva acá.

Cons:

Que booking me robó. La gente del call center no sirve para nada.
