Very comfortable
Pros:

Had a great stay at the Hilton downtown Lexington room was very nice and updated and CLEAN!! Bed was very comfortable lobby was beautiful had a great bar onsite parking garage walking distance from many bars and restaurants, very very satisfied

Cons:

Not enough towels in each room. I had 4 guests in each one of my rooms. I had two rooms.

I thought that my two rooms would be adjoining rooms. They were not. The description, before I booked, made it seem as though these two rooms were joined and was a suite. There were two rooms next door to one another instead. This was a problem because the children shared a room together, thus an adult had to go out of the first room to the other room checking on the children. That was rather inconvenient.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. The beds and pillows are so comfy. Love the shampoo and conditioner and body wash smells so nice and makes my skin and hair soft. Pool is on the cold side but I love it. Thank you guys so much.

Everyone is very friendly. Very beautiful place. Love the comfy beds and pillows.

Cons:

Webpages and booking dot com didn't put down with headlines close to the prices that free breakfast isn't included. And the customer service desk didn't explain where things are located you have to ask.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Lexington, KY. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, Rupp Arena. Lobby is spacious and decorated exquisitely; modern, comfortable seating all throughout. Great spot for meetings, receptions, etc. Very comfortable beds, rooms were clean and we had a stunning view facing The Square, Rupp Arena, the triangle park in between, from the 15th floor. The gym is huge and has everything needed for a good workout, windows all around facing downtown, pool and hot tub area.

Cons:

The swimming pool was out of order, and by the time we were ready to enjoy the hot tub after days of hiking and sore muscles, there was an adult and 3 children splashing and playing in the hot tub (which is quite small). The room temperature could not be controlled, and blew out cool-almost-warm 60 degree air nonstop.

Cons:

We only stayed here for the hot tub, it was down the entire time we were there and no one would answer as to why. And we were unaware that we would be charged extra for parking. We were told we didn’t have to pay. This hotel was just simply not worth the amount of money we had to spend.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and loved how close we were to everything!

Cons:

To no fault of the hotel the pool was closed for a leak when we arrived. They were kind enough to let us swim at the Hyatt so that pretty much made up for it

If you don’t mind not having towels
Pros:

If you are coming to this hotel in Kentucky you should know upfront that there’s no room cleaning at this hotel. I’ve been here three days and housekeeping has never come by. No beds made, no towels replaced, no basic cleaning at all. Hilton hotel standards have gone downhill.
