Decent
Pros:

The ease of checking in and out

Cons:

We wanted to use the pool. Wish we knew that the pool was down before we made reservations.
The parking garage- my truck roof hit 4 times.
The attendants for valet parking on Thursday just handed me my keys- when we walked up to get the truck my wife had to crawl in from the passenger side to move the truck forward so I could get in.
They parked it way to close to another vehicle

Pros:

Worst breakfast and how hard is it to cook eggs properly each day?

Cons:

No taxi service and I had to insist on my room being cleaned each day! So sad.

Good value-for-money Hotel for a stop-over
Pros:

One of the quickest and easiest check-ins ever, very professional. Also the car parking option was good given the central location of the Hotel in Lexington. The room and bathroom were good, exactly as seen in the pictures. Also I can recommend a visit to the Hotel gym.

Cons:

Like many Hotels in the US the carpet smells like mold. They try to cover it with strong cleaning chemicals, but the smell is still present. This was the only sore point.

Great location
Pros:

We stayed here on a Saturday night. The location is the center of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. The exercise room was spacious, but the pool was out of order. The hotel was very clean😍

Only stayed for Barry Manilow concert, asked to cancell room (refund) DENIED!
Pros:

Great location to Rupp Arena.

Cons:

Room 603 needs a refresh. Could use some updating, new furniture, bathtub.

Pros:

The comfort of the bed and pillows. Best nights sleep I have had in years.

The Cosmo's I drank at the bar were the best I have had in KY since I moved here 3 years ago.

Cons:

The AC was a bit loud, but like I said, once I was asleep it did not make a difference.
