Pros:

Loved this hotel, we had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was exceptional. The location was great and the staff helped us to use the shuttle to get to the Stockyards. We also enjoyed the pool very much.

All around a definite try again and have fun again venture
Pros:

We loved the staff they were exceptionally helpful and extremely kind and got our problems resolved pretty quickly

Cons:

Again, the reason why we needed the staff to resolve any problems they had accidentally double charged our card instead of charging the incidentals on the card, but again got it resolved pretty quickly and they had accidentally mixed up my car with someone else else’s whenever I valet my car

Pros:

The room and facilities were furnished well

Cons:

The air con is motion sensing so it turns off in the night not ideal for Texas heat, they also tried to charge me twice for the destination fee, I paid it on my booking and they tried charging me afterwards too,
