It was very comfortable for me..
Pros:

The manager was very nice to me..I loved the split level room. Can I get special rates so I can visit again.

It served my needs and would have stayed an additional day except for exchange with the 1 employee.

Cons:

The door lock needed repair. One employee challenged me on my staying alone, the room they had moved me (2 beds vs the one in the room i reserved) to because of a door lock issue.
It was distasteful implication.

The first room we didn't have hot water for 2 days and the TV didn't work and holes in the ceiling and the sink was leaking

Went to get towels and the staff member stated we can only get towels every other day

Cons:

How is had to wait to get another room
I kept getting the running around at the front desk
