If you have a choice, pick another place to stay.
Pros:

We had the suite with 1 king bed in the loft and a queen bed downstairs. The space itself was actually great and roomy for a family — but unfortunately, it was not clean. There’s a kitchenette but no pots or pans, no plates or utensils.

On our first day, the bathroom tissue literally had maybe 20 squares left. The toiletries were tiny mismatched travel-size shampoo and conditioner bottles, so definitely bring your own. It just felt like the room was barely checked before guests arrived.

It could be great but the staff could not be bothered.

Cons:

the staff! they can’t be bothered to actually care abou their clients. it’s like they get paid anyway whether they give a sh*t or not.

the “free breakfast” was a joke. it was the SADDEST we’ve had. On the 1st morning, I thought maybe because we came late and most are gone and the staff will not refill anymore. The 2nd morning we came early and it was the exact same spread from the previous day and we had to ask for coffee and milk.

The room smelled horrible. It smelled like dogs had peed on the couch. The beds are old. The walls look very bad. I couldn't stay due to health reasons and still wag l was not able to receive refund.

The staff acted like they didn't care. We arrived checked in got our keys and went to our room. The room smelled heavly of mold and mildew with heavy water damage . The kitchen and carpets were disgusting. Went back to the office to see about a diffrent room. They gave us a key to look at another room they said was" renovated ". But it was the same as the other one just with paint. When we took our stuff from our room to our car there was a man and his pit bull sitting on the stairs he was smoking weed. When my daughter tried to walk past him his dog tried to attack her. I was able to get a full refund for our stay and went somewhere else. Please dont stay here the pictures are deceiving.
