Pros:

The food was delicious.speciallly the breakfast buffet,that is the best in the world.

Cons:

Las pisicnas del lugar padrisimas!! Hermosa la vista desde la habitación, muy comoda, con todos los servicios. Y la limpieza excelente.

Cons:

Si llegas con auto, al llegar al hotel y recibirte la unidad, se hace un cuello de botella, porque, entiendo, son muchos huespedes los que llegan, pero creo puede haber mas cooordinación, al igual que pedir la unidad al hacer el chech out, tardaban mucho.

Estancia justa y única para nosotros
Pros:

Tuvimos suerte y nos dieron un upgrade.
Los precios de las bebidas están bien y tienen happy hour. Nos mandaron un pastelito por nuestro aniversario que fue un buen detalle. Por el precio una estancia justa pero única para nosotros.

Cons:

Teníamos que esperar casi una hora para hacer el check in. Tipo 4:30pm queríamos ir por nuestras toallas junto a la alberca pero ya no habían toallas y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Toda la gente a partir de las 6am corre a poner sus toallas en los camastros así que sugiero a todos despertarse temprano. La habitación daba hacia los bares y antros de la calle y no están nada aislados así que hasta las 4am se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Pedí varias veces hablar con el equipo de ventas pero nunca se comunicaron conmigo. Para hacer el checkout tuvimos que esperar 35 minutos a que nos entregaran nuestra camioneta.

Sus camas son muy cómodas, ya que mi objetivo era ir a descansar, disfruté mucho mi estadía!!! El disfrutar el resto de las instalaciones fue un plus, desde el delicioso buffet hasta la alberca!! ❤️

Regresaría sin dudarlo al hotel estaría genial que tuvieran un plan todo incluido

Use las instalaciones solo para dormir, ya q sentí muy invasiva su venta de membresías.

1. Que te "manipulan" para venderte su membresía y si pareces interesado es casi una "obligación" decir si y si es un no, te abordan entre dos personas y no respetan tu tiempo ... Que en mi caso es para vacacionar no para comprar. Me pareció muy invasivo.
2. En mi estancia ocurrió un sismo y el personal no está capacitado para evacuar, x el contrario nos impidieron bajar ya q nos comentaron q la alarma se activó por error. Solo existen elevadores o escaleras de emergencia. No hay escaleras tradicionales.
