Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber
Pros:

Pros:

Absolutely love the hotel, first the parking garage & letting me keep my car there until after the game. Delicious breakfast & the staff was very nice. My room was clean & put together nicely and the scenery and f the middle of the hotel with all the flags was incredible.

Cons:

Everything was Great!!

O quarto é amplo e a cama confortável.

Pros:

Clean white towels and clean white bed linen. However, the bathroom floor was not clean, and bits of paper left by previous guests were still lying under the sink.

Cons:

The staff are incredibly unfriendly. They can barely manage a smile. Every morning, the owner or manager stands at breakfast like a grumpy doorman, without even offering a friendly “good morning.” Absolutely awful.

We stayed for three nights, and the only friendly person we encountered was a young man at reception when we checked out. Everyone else was extremely unpleasant.

I asked for a replacement coffee machine because the one in my room was broken. I was promised a new one, but it was never delivered.

The staff never smile, are strict and unfriendly with each other, and there is a constant atmosphere of frustration and negativity among them.

The staff are the main reason I will never stay here again.

Will definately use this hotel again for future stays.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. I book a hotel - 60% of the choice is how the breakfast is rated! :) price and location are important too - but that free breakfast - and a good one? Can't be beat.

Cons:

hot tub in the pool area? :)
