When the whole world is in town chaos happens. They kept up the best they could
Pros:

We stay here often and it is normally wonderful but.. World Cup has it a little in chaos.

Cons:

Pool broken and we were not told until we got there. The room was warmer than we would have hoped for )it was 106 outside so this might not could be helped)

Pool didn’t work and I was told to cancel my reservation no accommodations or possible outcomes to fix this in a respect
Pros:

The location is great, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice.

Cons:

The manager needs help with customer service and some of that arrogance and ignorance rubs off on employees.

Pros:

Good location to get to the World Cup football

Cons:

It’s cheap.
Looks like a prison, wi-fi is bad, staff are not really helpful.
It’s very dated and is charging more because of the World Cup

The reception staff were more inclining to decline inquiries then to accept. In addition, in the course of 2 weeks, the breakfast didn’t change at all - lots of line and no variety - not a single vegetable was present…

It was okay but staff should do better

I asked before checking if the pool
Was available and the front desk said yes said the hours. When I took my kids to the pool a worker came out and told me the pool was out of commission. I had gone to stay there my daughter birthday. She really wanted a pool. It was disappointing

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We are already talking about our next trip back!
Pros:

The hotel felt very safe. I liked the open concept of all of the hallways. All of the rooms overlooking that central dining Courtyard area made me feel safe and comfortable, unlike most hotels that have long dark corridors. The location was extremely convenient to get in and out of new york city. Also very convenient was the bus stop? Was right across the street, added to my feeling safe when I traveled at night.

Cons:

I think i'm I really enjoyed it all.I can't even think of anything.I didn't like.
