Taylor was awesome she helped me and made me feel comfortable.... The two maintenance guys were very polite and respectful and kind .... All the housekeepers were constantly asking if I needed anything and the little lady with the red hair was also very helpful she told me her name but I can't remember it to save my life she was kind as well and the lady who takes care of breakfast was very generous and hard working the ice machine was broken and they still found a way to provide us ice and a lot also I was very happy to see a pool cleaner even though I didn't get to enjoy it.... It's in a bad place but they try to keep the bad people out and remove the mentally ill people with kindness
Oops I explained some of what I didn't like on the other part... There was a few drifters... They tried to remove them but with kindness not hat

Our keys didn't work after day 1 and the service to fix that was horrible. This happened to all guests that day
My trunk was broken into and my $60 shopping supplies stolen overnight.

There were a lot of suspicious people hanging around late at night in the parking lot (back).
Spent 1 night here recently before my departure to Yosemite National Park the following morning. The hotel is a great spot 2 blocks down from the Amtrak and Greyhound stations! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I recommend staying here especially if you gonna use the Amtrak or Greyhound to get some rest and explore Fresno before you depart.

People in our room when arrived. Had to change rooms. TV didn't work until next day. No hot water in shower. When got back cards were not working to enter room. Elevators not working. Just a hassle.

English: My husband and I only stayed for four hours. The room facilities were exactly as shown on Booking.com. The receptionist on duty was lovely; she left us a bag with our breakfast, as we had to check out before the hotel’s breakfast was served.
Unacceptable accommodations, dirty and not the typical LaQuinta I have seen or stayed at.
