מלון ממוקם טוב בקרבה לים , בחדר רהוט חדש , חדר צופה לבריכה , חדר מקלחת מחודש ויפה

פקיד קבלה ליצן וחוצפן , לאחר מספר פניות אליו כי המזגן אינו פועל , ענה בצורה מבישה לנותן שרות אנחנו לא מדליקים מזגנים בימים כאלו
לאחר פניות חוזרות ונשנות המזגן לא טופל וסיימנו את השהיה במלון

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

Outstanding!!! Wonderful hotel. Nice location, unique decor, well appointed rooms. Very nice bar and restaurant. Most importantly, great staff. Special shout out to the Guest Relations Manager IKRAM who made me feel welcomed and literally at home, and made my stay more comfortable with her precise attention to details and great guidance.
A hotel is given 4 stars but with this kind of customer care and service should get seven stars.Thank you so much Ikram for make my stay more enjoyable and I will be back soon.

Tres bon sejour
Pros:

L emplacement et le personnel tres gentil
Belle chambre confortable
Equipe d animation super

Cons:

Petit bemol pour le petit dejeuner manque specialités marocaine et jus de fruit frais
Pas assez de place autour de la piscine les gens sont les uns sur les autres et certain réserve leur place tot le matin
