A good place to stay
Pros:

I have just returned from a trip to the TUI Kenzi and anyone who has been here and moaning, needs to take a hard look at what star rating hotel they booked! I cannot recommend the hotel enough, the staff work so hard to keep the hotel clean. The pool attendants are out cleaning and jet washing the fake grass at 7-7.30am each morning. The slides are cleaned. The pools are swept and the sun loungers jet washed as well as the floors.

You can have you room cleaned daily too.

The management will do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

For anyone saying there is not enough food choice, why don’t you bring your own Tesco shopping! What’s wrong with you! Their milk is bound to be different, no pork sausages! Shock 😳 horror! Flies coming in from open doors! Oh my! What on earth will happen next! Yes bee’s like sweet stuff but there’s no swarms.

There is varied foods, lots of salads, rice, pasta. Pizza, Moroccan dishes and plenty more. Ice cream lunch time and evening, with fresh fruit available.

I got stung on my foot but I didn’t complain that a bee 🐝 was on the floor.

Thank you to the Bar staff who so lounge service, we appreciated you so much.

Now for the entertainment staff! Yo-yo, Anwar, Ben, Yas, Moose, Rita, Ali and Ikram. Thank you so much for your continued energy, your hard work and dedication to making your guests happy. You don’t go un-noticed. For those guests who say the entertainment is not much, all I can say is, it’s because you chose not to join in. The entertainment team, are friendly, funny is you allow them to approach you and work long hours.

Myself and my travel companion Suzie highly recommend this hotel. After all, we are stealing their sunshine 🌞 and relaxing whilst being entertained and being fed.

Value for money
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here at Easter, and I couldn't fault the place, the rooms were clean and well equipped, including free aircon which we didn't use, and a fridge, the wifi was good in the rooms which came in handy for the football on the firestick, not so good outside but we didn't use it much outside anyway.
The food was good in my opinion, not a lot of choice but what there was was fine, and the barbecue outside was good.
The drinks on the all inclusive were decent, including the cocktails.
Agadir itself was okay, not a lot of shops but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and very reasonably priced.
The private beach is a five minute stroll from the Hotel, and roped off so the numerous beach sellers don't encroach on your privacy, the beach itself is fine, but the sea is a bit of a hike if the tides out, the only thing is there is no beach bar or toilets, so you have to walk to Mcdonalds if your in need of one.
We paid an extra £45 on check in to keep our room on until 5pm as we were not getting picked up until 6.30pm, and this was offered to us when we checked in.
If you have kids and want poolside beds, you will have to be up at the crack of dawn to get one, as they were reserved by 7am every morning, the Brits were the worst for this, it didn't affect us as we preferred the peace and quiet of the beds on the grassy areas behind the pool and snack bar.
The weather in April was beautiful ranging from 26° hitting 30°at the weekend.
Morocco has never been on our radar, and we only decided to go here to avoid the ludicrous EU entry exit system, but I would definitely return here early or late in the season, and definitely go B&B next time as the food and drink is very reasonable.
The Souk El had in the city centre is massive, and sells everything, including the usual counterfeit clothes and trainers which are about the same price and quality as Turkey.
There is over 6000 stalls and very easy to get lost, but it's worth a visit.
If you are getting a Taxi, it's 50 Dirham in a city cab, or 20 Dirham in the little orange cabs, mostly Dacia's, but they only take 3 people, and you just flag them down, make sure you guarantee the price before you get in, or they will try and take the michael, to be honest, 50 Dirham is only about 4 quid, not sure how they make any money out of it, as it's about a 15 minute journey.
All in all we loved our trip here and would recommend it to anyone, the people were lovely, and we never felt unsafe, there is a strong police presence on the main road and the beach, so it puts your mind at rest,
We are thinking of coming back next Easter already 👍

Amazing second stay!
Pros:

Just returned from our second holiday at Kenzi, this time to celebrate my 40th birthday! First time was hard to beat, but this was equally as good, if not better! Such an amazing hotel with the best staff ever, I wish I could mention everyone who made our holiday special, but old age and a bad memory prevents this! So to all the team, thank you! But special thank you’s need to go to Saul, the best bar manager ever! Jamal, the most lovely kind and helpful pool boy ever! Saadia, our beautiful housekeeper whose cleaning skills were just as good as her personality! The bar staff, the restaurant team, the reception team, you are all amazing, thank you! But finally to the animation team, Yo-yo, Anwar, Yasmin, and co, thank you! Your enthusiasm, energy and personality should be bottled up and sold! And to the main man keeping this fine establishment the place it is, Mahfoud, thank you from the the bottom of my heart for being part of my 40th birthday celebrations, I look forward to seeing you all again soon xx

Fantastic visit
Pros:

We visited from April 20th to 27 th and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Hotel was friendly, clean and welcoming.Entertainment staff were fab especially Anwar. We asked to move room as view wasn’t great and that was granted the next day.Beds a little hard but still slept well.We enjoyed the food especially the Moroccan food.Pool was freezing when we actually thought it would be heated so that was quite disappointing especially since the Atlantic waves were huge so didn’t dare risk that as i’m not a strong swimmer.Cocktails great as well as the gin .Bar staff even made me Irish coffees. My sister and i and 15 yr old daughter had a blast and met some lovely people.Beware though-on evening 5 my daughter became very unwell with vomiting all night after eating dinner at the hotel and we later learned several others were unwell that same day.Food needs to be hotter. All in all we would come back and loved Agadir and the close proximity of the hotel to the beach, cable car up to the Kazbah,Souk El Had and the medina.

friendly staff and great location
Pros:

I recently stayed at the TUI Suneo Kenzi Hotel and was really impressed, especially as it has just been newly refurbished. The entire place feels fresh, modern, and well thought out.

The rooms were a highlight, spacious, spotlessly clean, with great balconies that were perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Housekeeping was consistent and kept everything in excellent condition throughout our stay.

The animation team were fantastic and really added to the experience, especially Yoyo, who took the time to speak to my 1 year old and genuinely engaged with her. It made a big difference to see that level of care and attention. There was also a mini disco which she absolutely loved. The only slight downside was that the songs were more geared towards French guests, and some evenings the mini disco was quite short, sometimes only around three songs.

Food and drink were excellent throughout the stay, with plenty of choice and something available pretty much all day. The main dining room was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a good variety each time. In addition, the snack bar was a great option, serving pastries until 11:30am, before switching to pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, tacos, and chips. Later in the afternoon, around 4pm, this changed again to pancakes, which was a nice touch.

The only issue we experienced during our stay was a concerning incident at the pool. A young child had an accident in the baby pool, and although the parent removed the child, it wasn’t reported to staff at the time. When staff were alerted, the situation wasn’t handled in a way that inspired confidence, they appeared to clear the pool using a net without closing it, and continued allowing guests to use it. This was quite unsettling, especially with young children around. We did raise this with the TUI representative, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to be followed up during our stay. There was also a separate situation involving a child with chickenpox being in shared areas, which, while not directly the hotel’s fault, may have benefited from more proactive intervention.

Despite this, we had a really enjoyable holiday overall. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and places to eat. There’s also a little train and a variety of excursions available nearby, which added to the experience.
Overall, I would stay again thanks to the great facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Everything we wanted and more!
Pros:

Originally stayed in the Europa in 2022 just after Covid restrictions had lifted so it was a completely different experience then to April 2026. the food was lovely the first time we went but it was even better this time, plenty of choice, always hot food and my husband and father were more than happy with the fish, liver and lamb chops cooked to perfection, I loved trying the soups and Moroccan dishes.
Rooms are lovely, they have also been upgraded, large bright rooms, large bathrooms with excellent showers and plenty of hot water. Always cleaned to my standards and it was so nice to smell bleach when the bathrooms had been cleaned.
The bars are usually very quick service, no more than a couple of minutes wait at busy times, very friendly staff, quick clean up of glasses, we ended up playing cards in the world bar and at the pool bar which had a lovely shaded area, this was a godsend to me as I suffer with skin cancer.
Reception staff are very helpful if you need any help.
The pool was kept clean, plenty of sun beds, also have quieter grassed areas with sun beds, I needed an umbrella every day and never had to wait for one.
All the staff were excellent and friendly, even the entertainment team who always come and said good morning even when we declined to partake in any activities.
Special shout out to Aziz at the pool bar, Ahmed at the pool and last shout out to the
Front Office Manager Mr Mounir ABAOUCHE who actually replied to my email within 24 hours regarding adjoining rooms for my husband and I and my father next door.
we will definitely be back in September.

Pros:

Stayed here for 1 week. The food, staff and drinks were all excellent. The rooms had all recently been refurbished and are spacious and spotless
All the staff were respectful as we were travelling as 2 females and a toddler.
Manageable transfer from airport- 40 mins and even though we arrived late we managed to still get a hot meal. Hotel is perfectly situated to the promenade with shops and eateries within 5 mins walk. Will definitely be back here

Disappointing Lack of Inclusivity – French Guests Clearly Favoured
Pros:

I recently stayed at TUI SUNEO Kenzie Europa for a week with my family. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the hotel—everything looked clean and welcoming, and our room was very well maintained.
The food was decent overall. While it did become a bit repetitive throughout the week, there was always something available to eat, so we never went hungry.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, one major downside was that French guests were clearly favoured. This was very noticeable, particularly with the entertainment team—especially those in red uniforms—who seemed to focus almost entirely on French guests and had little time for anyone else.
This lack of inclusivity extended to other areas too. The park/play area, which is advertised as being for all children, appeared to be designated mainly for French children, which felt unfair and disappointing.
We were also upset one evening when we were told there would be a kids’ disco at 8:30 pm, only for it to be canceled due to a “technical issue.” Shortly after, we could hear music and see lights coming from another area at the back of the hotel. When we asked about it, we were told this was a “French only” party and that we couldn’t join. This was particularly upsetting, as our daughter was really looking forward to enjoying her last night with some music and dancing.
On a positive note, the highlight of our holiday was Nasser, the lifeguard. He was incredibly welcoming, fantastic with the children, and brought a great energy to the pool area. As my daughter said, he is “the coolest lifeguard ever!!!!” He truly made our stay more enjoyable and left a lasting impression.
Unfortunately, due to the clear favouritism shown towards French guests, this is not a hotel we will be returning to.

Exclusionary treatment and inappropriate entertainment
Pros:

I genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff during most of our stay – everything up until today had been very positive.
However, our experience at the evening entertainment completely changed that. The show included what I felt was inappropriate “comedy” based on Tina Turner’s life story, including references to domestic violence. This was uncomfortable to watch and, in my opinion, not suitable material for entertainment, particularly in a family hotel setting.
Earlier in the evening, the children’s disco was cancelled due to a technical issue, which was disappointing in itself. However, we then saw music and dancing taking place at the pool bar. When I asked if we could join, I was told, “No, this is a French-only party.”
I found this response quite shocking. Guests should not feel excluded based on nationality, especially when everyone has paid the same for their holiday. It created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
While there were positives – the hotel is clean, the staff are generally hardworking, and the food is decent if a little repetitive – this experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression.
Because of this, we would not choose to return. I would strongly encourage the hotel management to review both the content of their entertainment and how inclusivity is handled for all guests.

In response to management’s reply, these were not minor issues that could have been resolved during our stay. Being told an event was “French-only” is unacceptable and exclusionary, and the nature of the entertainment — making light of domestic violence — was completely inappropriate. The fact that neither of these concerns has been acknowledged in your response is disappointing in itself. I am highlighting this so future guests are fully aware of our experience.
