Cons:

Wrong key at checkin in late night.
Receptionists can be more smiling and welcoming when someone tired guest arrives. They themselves look tired. But ok.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et abondant. Le style de l’hôtel est classe et agréable. L’emplacement à côté d’un métro et de la gare des autobus d’où part une navette pour l’aéroport. Les chambres sont assez grandes et nous avions une belle vue.

Cons:

Tout était bien.

Muy satisfactoria
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es la ubicación para coger la limusina que va al aeropuerto, la cual sale del parking de la segunda planta del hotel. Así como el trato del personal que siempre es exquisito. En esta ocasión llegamos a las 13h para depositar nuestro equipaje, pensando en dar un paseo después para hacer tiempo hasta el Cheking, el cual era a las 15h. Sin embargo, como la habitación ya estaba preparada, nos ofrecieron hacer el Checking en ese mismo momento, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros. Siempre que voy a Japón y mi vuelo entra o sale por Osaka me alojo en el Miyako.

Great location. Lovely staff. But you could save money going somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great. Right above the train station and next to a mall. There also a combini next door. Beds were soft which was great.

Cons:

I booked the property because it had a pool and I thought my daughter would be able to swim. It was upsetting to know that the pool was part of a health club and only 12 and up are allowed. Also cover your tattoos which is normal for Japan
