Ideally located & very nice

Pros:

Achei a decoração um pouco antiga, mas o quarto tinha um bom tamanho para Japão. A localização excelente em cima da estação e do terminal de ônibus, conseguia ir facilmente a qualquer lugar.

O quarto parecia meio antigo, tinha muita fila para entrar no café da manhã e desistimos

Very good
Pros:

We had two stays 28th April to 2nd May and 5th May to 10th May with Booking.com. Everything about the hotel was superb and the staff were excellent. Our only ' moan ' was that the hotel room during the first stay was larger with more room, whereas the 2nd stay we were assigned a much smaller room. The breakfast was very good and the location perfect for getting around Osaka by train and into the central part of the City.

Good for a few days in Osaka.
Pros:

We spent two nights here on a group tour, so not much time to use all the facilities. Spotlessly clean with very friendly staff (like the rest of Japan).
Pleasant rooms, big enough to open two suitcases on the floor.
TV has some UK channels but unfortunately Japanese narration 🤣, fortunately there’s a mute button!
Fabulous meal at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant.
Would recommend.

Otelin büyüklüğünü otomatik klozetini, altında metro istasyonu olmasını ve çalışanların saygı ve Güler yüzlü oluşu, konumu yanında bulunan AVM'nin büyüklüğü ve herkes tarafından bilinmesi beni çok mutlu etti.

Perfect location attached to the train and subway station
Pros:

Highlights
- the evening cocktail buffet in the executive lounge was one of the best I’ve ever seen, especially the variety and high quality salads and desserts were awesome!
- it’s so convenient to take the train or subway downstairs without any additional effort which is great fir travelling
- service was extremely attentive and superb
- the executive room was comfortable, spacious with a touch of Japanese style

- the hotel gym at B1 floor was quite small for this kind of dimensions and luxurious of the hotel
- afternoon tea and coffee time offering’s at executive lounge was very poor

Very good value, but the rooms were a bit too warm
Pros:

This is easily one of the best value hotels in Osaka within the Bonvoy portfolio, especially if you have status. You can get the full range of benefits of a higher end hotel, but at a much lower price.

Location is very good too, directly connected to a subway station and mall. It is noticeably old, but very clean and everything worked.

The staff were lovely and polite too.

Only thing is that the aircon is centrally controlled, so we went in winter over a few abnormally warm days. However, the heating was on and there was no way to adjust the temperature. As such, it was a little uncomfortable trying to sleep.

I would definitely come back, but only during the warmer months when the central system is set to cool rather than heat.
