Once you get to certain floors from the elevators, it starts to smell like sewer on the floor. The pool and jacuzzi are WAY too small to accommodate for large amounts of people. The shower gets water allllll over the floor while using it. No way around that. The rooms are a little bit dated.
Room size did was big enough accommodate the furniture. it was over crowed. Chairs need replacing, worn and abused. Mattress was also in need of replacement. Bathroom was tight with door opening into rm leaving little area while using sink, faucet tub has been leaking for sometime causing rust on drain strain. I brought my concerns to the desk and was told there was a renovation planed in the future.
The establishment need some oversight in the conditions of the rooms so as to close for repairs.
Lost electricity on last night stay. Disabling my psp machine. Woke up grasping for air.
Needless to say I left early morning in the dark, very disappointed in my stay.
It was very nice and quiet
My bathroom had mold on the wall and in the shower
Beautiful property, great staff, comfortable stay!
Clean and beautiful atmosphere
Was comfortable good sized room. Breakfast was good although at an added cost
The bathroom had a bath rather than shower. As an accessible bathroom the shampoo etc was too high. Also the sink was high.
Staff was very friendly and check in was easy so was check out.
We got a room on the 4th floor facing interstate highway 8, lots of noise coming through the windows at night, we were woke. up by idiots riding by with loud motorcycles, loud car exhausts. Breakfast wasn’t that great, usually I serve myself twice when it’s a great breakfast but I only served myself once. Food was cold and stale.
Clean lobby and halls smelled good
Some mold was in bathroom and the blankets were weird
Didn’t care for paying for parking for the 3 days. Added to the cost of the stay. The room and my conforrt of the bed was great.
Lose the paying for parking and it would’ve been the great. Most hotels parking is included. Even if it gives you u another place to park
