Service was good, but the hotel itself has a lot of problems.
Pros:

The location was great, across the street from the mall, only 15 minutes at most from the heart of the city.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction and it could get noisy. The first room we got was on the second floor with the gym and it sounded like people were dropping concrete blocks on our heads at 3am. They switched our room after that, but the new room we got was smaller and the shower wasn't working correctly. We couldn't get hot water, and it took the engineer a while to figure it out. The water was still not right for the rest of our stay.

Pros:

Location was great.
Lobby was inviting

Cons:

Cleaning staff was very loud every morning waking us up. Construction started without notice and the king mattress was horrible and needed to be replaced. Hard

Great place.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The wifi and refrigerator worked great.

Cons:

The parking lot could use repaving and it is not well marked/labeled. The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked.

Would stay here again without question
Pros:

Location , clean and friendly staff in the lounge cafe area.. The Filipino lady is very friendly and she remembered us when we stayed there 2 yrs ago ! Give her a raise 😁.. that's what keeps people coming back !
