The hotel was a great starting point for our Washington State adventure.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and included a wide variety of foods. The suite was spacious. The location near the Space Needle and Waterfront was great despite our not having a car. The maintenance person came quickly when the AC didn’t work.

Cons:

We had to call for a blanket for the pullout couch.

We usually stay at Marriott but thought we try Hampton for change. Too expensive for what you got.
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Toilet way too low, hard to get up. Bottom 1st floor with window open street, not much privacy. Very long a walk to our room with no staff help with baggage. I requested a handicap room, no carts for your luggage. No help from staff and no carts to put baggage on, had to carry a very long way to the room. Staff at desk forgot to call taxi to airport and we waited a long time and eventually had to remind them again. Bad choice hotel.

Overall the stay was good. Would book again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Love the location, very close to the monorail and Climate Pledge Arena.

Cons:

The walls seem paper thin. Could hear conversations in the room next to us.

Going Above and Beyond
Pros:

My husband and I travel quite a bit, so we are very appreciative of great service! This Hampton Inn delivered in every category! Even before we checked in, I called with a question. They were so engaged and happy to answer my questions. The excellent service didn't stop there. Upon check in, they greeted us with a smile, again happily answered our questions.
The next day, the breakfast area was fully stocked, even though they had guests going in and out for cruises and vacations. They even set up a secondary are for breakfast to accommodate everyone.
When we got back from exploring Seattle for the day, our rooms were nicely cleaned with fresh towels! Since Covid, we never had housekeeping provide everyday service, but this hotel went above and beyond.
They consistently asked us if we needed anything else and how they might be of service- and they delivered!
This was a great location, very short walk to the Space Needle and Seattle Center attractions, including the Monorail to downtown.

Paid almost $7000.00 for 2 nights for 4 rooms. I’d say that was price gouging!
Pros:

It was ok.

Cons:

We requested rooms close together. They weren’t even on the same floor. The two people with disabilities had the furthest to walk. Not good!

A little disappointing
Pros:

Quiet, residential area, easy walk to Seattle Center. Close to excellent grocer/liquor store. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

We've stayed in many Hampton Inns, this one was disappointing. Furnishings/carpet look old; decor is outdated. The breakfast, including the coffee, was passable, but not up to other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.
