Hyatt Regency Orange County

Excellent hotel! Suites are amazing for families...2 bedroom king suite can easily accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The rooms were kept very clean and there was not only a nice selection of food choices in the hotel but also nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Due to dance events, elevators and pool was super busy and difficult to enjoy. Restaurant "Vita" did not decide to serve us until we got up to leave within 10 min of sitting without any recognition. Parking was always full due to the visors for events. Parking should not be permitted to visitor or at least have Parking spots reserved for residents staying in the motel.

We really enjoyed our stay here, a very nice hotel. Our room was clean modern and quiet. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is a very convenient location for visiting Disneyland with no hassle, since a shuttle bus from the hotel front left every 30 minutes. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and drinks at the bar. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great welcome to an amazing stay. We didn't go for Disney, though it was only 1.5 miles away. Could have walked to it, if we wanted. This was our base while we explored the beaches in the area (laguna, newport, santa monica). We had a King Suite, very spacious with great views. We enjoyed a huge selection for breakfast and were treated by an amazing staff. Great location, convenient to everywhere, easy access to the freeways. Super helpful staff.

The thermostat goes into saver mode every hour. Shutting off the AC until you manually wake up, get up, and put it back on. EVERY HOUR!
If your hope is a nice soft bed, a comforter that hugs you to sleep, and a nice cool room. You will only get 2 out of 3 here. Sweat box or no sleep at all are the 2 options.

I was hit with unexpected fees at check in, the shower pressure was so strong it hurt and the water splashed outside of and over the shower curtain causing the floor to get wet and for me to almost slip and fall. I reported the issue and it was not fixed. Also, they close the pool/hot tub too early.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Disney and nearby restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the spacious accommodations offered excellent comfort. The hotel also features great amenities, including a large play area and a swimming pool. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Although the price is slightly higher than some alternatives, the overall experience makes it one of the best options in the area.

They charged me twice for one room and wont make it right ive called the mangers in site , billing and just get a run around. So i paid 400 for one night one room

Big, clean, nice location, nice shuttle to Disney C big parking lot, felt safe .

Location and conveniences

The location of the hotel was great for our Disneyland staycation for a few days and for restaurants and food walking distance. Our room was on the 14th floor. Staff was great! Rooms clean. Starbucks inside hotel was a plus. The shuttle was convenient for Disneyland but it charges $7 each and valet parking had great service they are pricey but i guess all big name hotels charge that nowadays but they are exceptional w customer service and I needed something out of my car they went and got it. Very helpful w luggage or bags and opening the doors. I had a great stay. Would come again. Didn’t get to try the pool, courts or bonfire 🔥 hopefully next time. I saw it from my view up high. Looked good.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The employees were friendly and efficient. The amenities at this location are excellent. A must stay if you go to Disneyland.

Enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency Orange County for the 2nd time. Check in process went smoothly. Received a room upgrade as a globalist. Rooms were large, everything in working condition, & clean. Hotel offered both valet and self parkig. Bellman were helpful getting our lussge to/from our room. Self parking was almost sold out, filled because had 1 or 2 conventions or meetings. Brekafst buffet was just okay, adequate, average. Think ordering off menu might be a btter choice. Staff provided great service. would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Location was great. Near many eateries, shopping, and Disney Parks.
