the room was clean, and the view was nice.
Pros:

the parking was expensive and not convenient. the self parking lot is located behind the hotel , which requires a fair long walk to the entrance. valet parking cost higher than other hotel.

Cons:

the bathroom was noise. the toilet did not flush consistently. the room key also stop working , we reported the problem couples but we have to wait for quite a while before a technician finally came and fixed it, which was very inconvenient. The room missing basic amenities such as Q tip and a toothbrush kit.

Best Disney and family events location
Pros:

Excellent location for family and also for singles to explore the area and very welcoming staff , rooms are clean and location is just what you need to be close to everything Disney and other cultural food

Restful and Luxurious stay
Pros:

Location is prime to leisure activities and Disney shuttle and plenty of restaurants fast food and Morton’s and Ruth Chris were a nice touch and we can’t leave Cheesecake Factory out of the equation. That’s always a must go for us.

I enjoyed that the staff provided overall great customer service in all my request prior to arrival.
I enjoyed the convenience of the location with food options being in a short distance.

Cons:

I didn't like the floors in the room feeling sticky and dirty.
I also didn't enjoy the high cost of delivery for room service.

Loud children, loud hotel
Pros:

This hotel hosts a Dance Mom's competition with hundreds of little girls running around the halls unsupervised throughout the night. Do not stay here while they are hosting these competitions because you will struggle to get any peace.

Excellent Service and Location
Pros:

This is an exemplary Hyatt experience. The location of this property is close to business appointments, multiple freeways, and Disneyland. The staff is fantastic and the dining options are all outstanding. Rooms are clean and there are more than enough elevators to get up and down quickly. There is a huge self parking area very close to the hotel back entrance and always easy to find a parking spot. This is one of the best stays in Orange County.

Great family hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Suites are amazing for families...2 bedroom king suite can easily accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The rooms were kept very clean and there was not only a nice selection of food choices in the hotel but also nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Due to dance events, elevators and pool was super busy and difficult to enjoy. Restaurant "Vita" did not decide to serve us until we got up to leave within 10 min of sitting without any recognition. Parking was always full due to the visors for events. Parking should not be permitted to visitor or at least have Parking spots reserved for residents staying in the motel.

We recommend Hyatt regency Orange County
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here, a very nice hotel. Our room was clean modern and quiet. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is a very convenient location for visiting Disneyland with no hassle, since a shuttle bus from the hotel front left every 30 minutes. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and drinks at the bar. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

Best Stay in Orange County
Pros:

Great welcome to an amazing stay. We didn't go for Disney, though it was only 1.5 miles away. Could have walked to it, if we wanted. This was our base while we explored the beaches in the area (laguna, newport, santa monica). We had a King Suite, very spacious with great views. We enjoyed a huge selection for breakfast and were treated by an amazing staff. Great location, convenient to everywhere, easy access to the freeways. Super helpful staff.

Cheapskates! The temperature of the room is not your choice
Pros:

The thermostat goes into saver mode every hour. Shutting off the AC until you manually wake up, get up, and put it back on. EVERY HOUR!
If your hope is a nice soft bed, a comforter that hugs you to sleep, and a nice cool room. You will only get 2 out of 3 here. Sweat box or no sleep at all are the 2 options.
