Really cute hotel! Close to the pool!
l'ambiance universitair,e le lobby avec les gens qui jouent et discutent, ou travaillent mais ne sont pas sur leur Iphone !
The location to the U of M medical facility.
The room was very comfortable and quiet.
I wish there was a discount for seniors or for medical visits.
It was ok
My shower wasn’t working, shower drain wasn’t draining
The facility is nice and perfectly located with parking.
The restaurant in the building was marginal but there was a starbucks attached.
I had to pay for breakfast even though was included. Hope it helps other people, the staff or hotel cannot communicate clearly if $25 worth of breakfast that is to be charged to the room will be waived - still do not know if that is per room.. Anyway, at the breakfast place, part of the hotel, they had no idea how it works with hotel breakfast so I had to pay. room was $270 after all fees, quite pricey for all that. Location is good, hotel is clean
I identified communication issues within the hotel-restaurant! In addition, after departing, my credit card was charged $11.51 Hilton hotels fee without any explanation or receipt.. I inquired but communication is definitely an issue, I just received a response saying: "that was a mistake posting - I was to fix this mistake and refund your card" , not sure what that means..
I visited this hotel on a business trip and was very displeased with the amount of suspicious individuals staying at this hotel. Not only were there strange men creeping around, there were also very extremely noisy students outside all night.
The location was ideal.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Dusty and dirty. It was like it was never cleaned. There were weird stains on the bedding and I swear I saw bugs. Just a bad experience for how much it cost.
The atmosphere is awful- very thin walls I could here the room next door grunting and stomping like a bunch of pigs. The smell was terrible, I swear I was in a pig sty- they could not keep it clean. The food was like I was eating out of a pig trough. I should have just picked a different vacation and stayed in a barn.
