Was greatly disappointed by the entire experience- from beginning to end.
Pros:

I like how quickly maintenance was able to get to our room to fix the AC.

Cons:

Pretty much from the moment we walked in the door, it was bad. I arrived a little after 4PM and was told that our room was potentially not ready. Then when we finally were given our room key, we walked in and all of the drawers were opened; cabinets were opened; and there were toe nails all over the floor. We walked back down to the lobby with all of our things after being put on hold twice when we tried to call from the room. Once in the lobby, we were set up in another room. Once we got up to the room, the room keys didn't work. I called the front desk from the hallway phone and was told to wiggle the door knob and try again. Still didn't open. Called front desk from the hallway phone again, and after waiting another 15 minutes, someone brough new keys and we were able to get in. Once we were int he room, the AC wouldn't turn on. Called down to the front desk and they sent maintenance up to fix it. The room was filthy. The carpet was terrible and it just felt dirty to be in there. This trip was for my daughter who was turning 16 years old and it was an entirely disappointing experience. There was nothing offered to make the experience better either. My money should have been returned from this experience.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

I got the king suite for the weekend of July 24 thru 26. Could t really afford it , but it was a special occasion (25th anniversary). I informed the hotel it was a special occasion and got ready for our weekend. I have a receipt and confirmation number so shouldn't have been any problems. Check in is at 3 , I arrived at 5. Go inside and they gave my room to someone else. They said they were overbooked by expedia. I inform them that my confirmation is from them , not expedia. They tell me I will get a refund. But as I explained I couldn't afford to pay for the weekend twice . And it would be 7 to 10 days for a refund. I once again explained it was a special weekend. They made arrangements for us to go to the other location. I say great and thank them. But they didn't transfer the lodging and I was expected to pay again . We went home. Ruined our special weekend. I called to talk to some body and was told you got your refund didn't you?".. its not about a refund. Its about a special trip that your hotel stomped on and told me. Too bad so sad. They took my name, number, and email said someone would be in touch. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Customer service means nothing to them. No response no care.

Would stay again
Pros:

Amazing staff! From front desk to house keeping very welcoming and friendly. The pool was the perfect temp! Location for our trip was perfect. Everything we needed or wanted was within 2 blocks. Definitely recommend.

I walked in and was treated with the highest respect. The front desk was very friendly and they talked to me as if we was friends!!!!!! If you visit Tulsa Ok, you want to stay at this hotel!!!!!!! Very clean Very Friendly Very Respectful....... Colton and Tucker help guide me in the right direction in a business matter, Nakita Marina, and Haley took care of any issues if i had any. This hotel was great!!!!! This was my 3rd visit,And will always be my FIRST choice. Small things in life matter......
#I wanted a diet coke, they was out, the second day they was out again at 2:30pm, At 3;30pm that same day, one hour later, Nakita Marina and Haley send me up a 6pack of diet Coke. Nakita your the best!!!!!
To the mgt staff, because of a 6pack of diet coke,2 cookies and a friendly staff that was very helpful and knowledgeable,,,,,,,,,,,

Would not recommend staying here, we won’t be again ever.
Pros:

The location. The warm cookies.

Cons:

My bed had stains on it, the shower had apparently backed up into the shower and they did not clean it before putting us into the room. The elevators to the parking garage were not working and the stairs were locked so we had to walk up three flights of the parking garage using the ramp. The hotel manager said she would comp part of our room as we had to be moved to a new room but it has yet to be done and it has been a week. Will never stay here again.

Parking garage is very difficult to gt into at night if you don't know that room key does not work and you have to take ticket, very far walk to garage, swimming pool has rust on roof hatches, speakers, paint and walls in rough shape, no towels by the hot tub on saturday, room door stuck at bottom on opening and closing, housekeeping taps on your door in the afternoon even if you have do not disturb sign out

Amazing Hilton employee
Pros:

Let me tell you about an absolute angel named Nadine. She was running valet the night I arrived—or rather, the night the tow truck arrived with my car on a Sunday evening.

My car had been towed across the entire state of Oklahoma (it even took two tow trucks to get it to Tulsa) because it needed a specific mechanic there. After almost 24 hours of traveling across the country, I was completely exhausted.

Nadine could tell I was having a rough day. She put her arm around me like a family member would, made sure I got my warm cookie, and even called a friend who is a mobile mechanic. He came over within the hour to help.

I never would have expected that kind of kindness or service. Going so far above and beyond for a complete stranger is exactly why I’ve remained loyal to Hilton brands. Thank you, Nadine—you turned one of the most stressful travel days I’ve ever had into one I’ll always remember. 🙏

Perfect Place to stay in Tulsa.

Double Tree Warren Place is my “go to” when ever I have friends or family visit Tulsa. Becky does an outstanding job taking care of the arrangements. Great service! Great location!
