Excellent experience
Pros:

I went to this hotel to work on a corporate event in one of their ballrooms. This is by far one of the best DoubleTree hotels I've ever stayed at. It is very modern and clean, and has a decent hotel restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The hotel was fully booked, and there was occasional noise from teenagers, but they did well in putting me in a room far enough from all the commotion.

My biggest highlight during my stay was the ballroom banquets team. Their leader, Yoshe, really took care of us and tended to all our needs. She was attentive to detail and constantly checking on our team. The food and beverage service provided was excellent compared to most hotels we go to, and our event attendees were comfortable and satisfied. If I'm ever back in Tulsa, I will definitely stay again.

Pros:

Great location but needs major improvement. Valet understaffed, front desk understaffed and slow (10 minutes to check in), out of the cookies they advertise upon check in, edges of bath towels shredded and only provided two, room key pad broken upon arrival and moved rooms, air conditioning worked but not to cool well and not past 70, one elevator broken for part of stay and be aware housekeeping only comes every other day.

Pros:

Close proximity to everything we wanted to do, clean and very nice accommodations. Nice bar and Starbucks! Beautiful walking trail I didn’t get to use but could see from my window.

Short successful stay at the Doubletree Tulsa.
Pros:

Loved the updated decor and the friendly staff. Very quiet too!

Cons:

Took 30 minutes to get my car out of valet--the valet service guy (not a Doubletree employee) vanished with all the lockbox key, and we had to wait for him to return!
