Staff were great but some things can’t be fixed except by management investment
Pros:

Great location, super plush towels

Cons:

Air/heat system roars. It’s impossible to be both cool and quiet. And no coffee maker in the room! Have to dash down to lobby before 7 for free coffee.

Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff was nice. The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The hotel Cafe. We would have to wait in line for about 20 minutes and it was just 1 person in front of us waiting to be seated.

Cons:

房間內沒有可以喝水的杯子，更別說有咖啡包或是餐具，水也只在第一天給兩瓶（入住四人房），第二天去櫃檯要紙杯並要求是否可以給水（因為不是每天都會整理房間），但櫃檯人員給水的時候還要刁難問說是否沒看到水⋯⋯若是帶外食回房間也沒有餐具，4星級的飯店，有點說不過去

Utmärkt hotell i centrala Seattle med gångavstånd till sevärdheter
Pros:

Det här är mitt inne i Downtown Seattle och idealiskt för promenader till alla viktiga sevärdheter i centrum. Man tar sig lätt till fots till Seattle Center och färjorna till Bremerton och Bainbridge Island.

Cons:

Priset var relativt högt. Men så är det i centrala Seattle,

Great hospitality in small hotel in the middle of everything
Pros:

This is a great little hotel right buy both theaters, the Pike Place market, new amazing waterfront park and so much more. The hotel itself is awesome, very comfortable with great staff. We go back again and again because they treat us so well. We highly recommend this place!

Great Stay at the Paramount
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel prior to our cruise out of Seattle this past weekend. Initially I must admit I was a bit concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however our stay was perfect. No problems whatsoever with the elevators, the room was clean, updated and comfortable, and while there isn’t a coffe maker in the room, coffee is available in the lobby until 7: 00 a.m. After that, it’s available for purchase in the Spruce Cafe.
The staff are friendly, and helpful. And the price point and location to area sights of interest is great. There is a shuttle to the pier for $12 per person as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay her a again

Great Boutique Hotel!
Pros:

Usually stay at the Paramount because of its location close to the Paramount Theater for shows. The hotel has a fresh new look now also as rooms have been remodeled. On the higher end as far as price goes but worth it. Clean quiet rooms that are well appointed and have small fridge in each room. Parking available for extra fee but sometimes convenience is more important. Staff is also great. Would highly recommend you give it a try.
