The night shift employee who done the check-in was phenomenal the day shift gentleman which I was told was the owner may explain things was very rude asked me to stand outside along with two other guests who were waiting on rides to pick us up after our checkout the gentleman said that he had to lock the building up and couldn't have anyone sitting in the lobby which to me very unprofessional due to the fact that he would take my money and allow me to stay in a room that had roaches and evidence of mice being there I had shortened my stay to only one night and then move to the hotel next door due to the uncleanliness of this property and then top it with a rude person working at the front desk whether he was the owner or not he could have at least been polite not only to me but another couple who had no choice but to wait on their ride as well I think that if I am good enough to pay for the night before I should be good enough and allowed to stay in the lobby to wait on a ride to pick you up he also done the same thing to a couple that was sitting upstairs and waiting room he told them also they had to go outside and wait due to the fact of the importance of locking this building I don't understand it and would not recommend it to anyone who has an option of hotels to stay at
