Hotel súper ubicado y muy limpio.
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación, la cama, la limpieza todo estaba impecable.

Cons:

La recepción, el personal no fue tan amable y no me dieron las galletas de la fortuna que les entregan a todos de bienvenida. Ponen que incluyen desayuno y en verdad es muy escueto, una cafetera con unos cuantos panes y lo retiran a las 10:00 am, mejor que no lo pongan y que te ofrezcan eso como un amenidad.

If it was not for the good location would have been a disappointing stay.

Was in a great location.

Cons:

Shower was not clean and drain clogged with someone else’s hair. Not enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Our stay was also supposed to include breakfast. Turn out to be a grab and go breakfast but most mornings you would come down to a full lobby with people and plates piled up and nothing else left on the table.

Great location and room, but the breakfast needs improvement
Pros:

Everything about my stay at this hotel was good, except for the breakfast. The location is central, close to everything. The room was comfortable and very quiet, and the bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The only issue was the breakfast. It only offered coffee, fruits like bananas, mandarins, and orange juice, and sweet pastries all the time. It is an unhealthy breakfast for someone like me with dietary restrictions, and for the price paid, they should provide a decent breakfast.

Actual room is good but housekeeping did not refresh our toom for 2 days. They only clean when we ask them to clean it.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.

What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. A huge shoutout to JC and Esme, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great atmosphere, fantastic team, and lovely rooms. We will definitely be coming back!

Customer Service
Pros:

Great customer service from Esmeralda and JC. I called before booking through a 3rd party and JC was super helpful and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with my questions and he did not rush me off the phone.
When I got to the parking garage I called to see if we could check in early. Esmeralda was like yes, no problem, we'll have one ready for you when you get here.
My husband checked in and got to talking with both of them. He told them we were going to the Giants game and it was our 20th Anniversary. JC immediately upgraded our room which was super cool and unexpected. My husband is BIG on customer service so that initial interaction set the tone for the weekend.
I'll definitely book here again.

Pros:

おいしい水を飲めるのが良かったです。
このお陰で、毎日コンビニで水を買う手間が省けた！
部屋も、綺麗で可愛かったです！クッションもいい高さで、寝る前に足を乗せて浮腫が取れた！
朝食も、3種類のパンと、2種類の飲み物！果物もあった！満腹になったから満足です。
ホテルの周りは人通りが多いから、治安も〇！
Uberや、ウェイモも停めやすいです。

またサンフランシスコに行くことがあったら絶対泊まる！

Cons:

朝、6時にキューブ型の目覚ましがなって、起こされた。
これはOFFにしててほしかったです。

Cons:

Camera piccola per 4 persone. Bagno minuscolo. Ma la cosa che porta giù il punteggio è il servizio colazione che fanno pagare ma che offre letteralmente 3 tipi di dolcetti diversi (una mattina erano solo due) e del succo o del caffè, il tutto servito nella piccola hall dell’hotel dove bisogna combattere per un posto a sedere. Assolutamente non una colazione degna di essere pagata
