Pros:

Moderne Zimmer in älterem Gebäude in toller Lage, China Town direkt vor der Tür aber auch Nachts sichere Umgebung.
Personal sehr freundlich und etwas früherer Check-in war möglich, was nach einem langen Flug sehr willkommen war.
Frühstück wie beschrieben minimalistisch, aber guter Kaffee.

Muy buena ubicación. El hotel estaba limpio, cama cómoda y baño completo, con secador, champú, acondicionador y gel de baño.

Cons:

El desayuno deja un poco que desear, muy poca variedad (dos tipos de bollos: magdalenas y ensaimadas) y café americano de termo.

Cons:

El desayuno no existe. No tenía agua ni tampoco opciones. Era solo dos tipos de medialunas que no eran ricas y café. La instalaciones para desayunar todo el hotel era solo una mesa de 4 personas en el lobby. Como desayuna todo el hotel en 1 mesa de 4 sillas? Debería. Poner que No hay desayuno.
La habitación es demasiado chica. Y el baño es tan chico que casi no se puede entrar.
Cobran parking teniendo el hotel en el subsuelo espacio. Es decir no está incluido teniendo espacio libre.

Great location, breakfast, and wine hour!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and it’s a great location, across from the iconic SF Chinatown gate and near Union Square, Chinatown, and the financial district. There’s lots of small hotels like this in SF but the coffee and continental breakfast as well as the daily wine hour along with helpful staff make the Triton stand out, especially at its price point. Thank you especially to Tony for his patience and helpfulness during this most recent stay!

The staff, the breakfast and happy hour! The staff is so nice!

Cons:

There seems to be a ticking sound in the pipes or system because all day and night long you hear a little knocking within the walls and I think it’s the plumbing system. My colleague heard it as well.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht und nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett bekommen auf Nachfrage konnte uns keine alternative für die erste Nacht angeboten werden!! (Kein Beistellbett, kein Zimmer wie gebucht mit zwei Doppelbetten) also musste einer von uns am Boden schlafen
Antwort vom Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist für diese Nacht so. Im Nachgang wollten wir zumindest irgendein entgegenkommen von Seiten der Unterkunft aber selbst mithilfe von Booking konnte keine Einigung erzielt werden.

Danke an Booking für die Hilfe aber das Verhalten vom Hotel ist äußerst bedenklich

We had a great two night stay for a concert in the city. Location right next to the entrance to Chinatown, walking dista

Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet (on the 6th floor), and there was a water dispenser on our floor. Every hotel should have this! The lobby is beautiful and lively and always smells good. The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The only thing was the AC unit in our room was a little inconsistent.
