Easy location for public transport, including BART as well as buses. The staff offered to store luggage for a few extra hours on my day of check-out, which was a life-saver. Cute mini-settees in the elevator. Free coffee/tea for breakfast, as promised.

Cons:

It had a view of a cement wall of another building out the window, and it was a bummer that there was no view at all. It could have been cleaner.
