That the facility was pet-friendly

Cons:

The conference center hosted very loud events at night during our stay. Even from our room on the 3rd storey the music was very loud. We were told no earplugs were available and our dogs were very agitated. The television and other equipment is very dated and incompatible with modern tech. Flood lights from the nearby parking lots could not be fully blocked out with the curtains in the room.

The restaurant staff were great. My only complaint their night menu was expired, as was the fruit which was on their menu. I’m glad they didn’t give me old food, but I was really hungry. Bonus points the night. Staff brought me a cup of noodles. Cheers.
