Pros:

Everything was spotless, and it was such a great value for the money.

The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The chlorine smell in the indoor hot tub (pool) was so strong that it actually made my eyes burn. It definitely needs better management.

Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The most horrible hotel I have ever tried!
Pros:

Nothing to be honest.

Cons:

1. The building was having strong diesel order at lobby, at our floor and inside the room.
2. Carpets were extremely dirty ...
3. The room smells like smoking room ...
4. they did not have even a water bottle in the room
5. We ere there only for a night so we did not leave immediately, otherwise I we would not stay at all!
6. It is a very poorly maintained building, it need significant change to be eligible for being call a HOTEL at the first place.

Excellent staff. The best of the best and we are well travelled
Pros:

The front desk staff were fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful and genuinely pleasant. The waitress in the restaurant was excellent. Friendly and able to answer our questions regarding the menu. Based on the staff alone, we will be back. Loved, loved the magnifying mirror. So many hotels don’t have them and it is hard at my age to apply my makeup without one. Loved the iron. Yes, some people still use them and it was a good one, not a cheap one that wouldn’t work.

Cons:

We really didn’t like the pillows.
