Great will be back!
Pros:

Great staff and service! Especially Jay Jay helping with my reservation. Room service and request for extra towels and pillows brought right away. Good bargain because of price & nicer hotel. The rooms were larger than most. Good from room service was very good and appropriate pricing m.

a great time for a fair price
Pros:

loved the room and how it said my name on the screen. I really enjoyed the lobby and the elevators overseeing the entire lobby floor. highly enjoyed the 2 window screens to block out noise and light, incredible!

Pros:

Location was perfect for our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service was really good. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Fridge wasn't working. Only microwave available was on the 9th floor. Sound proof not so good, heard people running around above us and doors slamming late in the evening (weekday stay). Not worth $300 an evening

Overvalued Hilton
Pros:

The Hilton charges premium prices but feels severely outdated. Rooms show cheap, poorly done repairs, sloppy paintwork, peeling wallpaper, and visible maintenance issues. Furniture is old and worn, giving the space a tired, neglected feel. While the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, these positives don’t justify the high cost.

It would have been better with a shower.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk....

Cons:

I could not get warm enough water to shower.! hot bath or shower is always what I look forward to. I tried upon arriving again in the middle of night and morning and couldn't even get warm water let alone hot in the shower. We were there for a work party and the other employees who stayed all said they had the same issue.
