Large rooms
Nice swimming pool
Well kept grounds
Quiet location
Paid upgrade for river/water view which was a view across the parking lot.
Disappointing.
Very clean and comfortable which was top priority and we thought the price was reasonable.
We drove from Minnesota to Washington and this hotel was by far the best we stayed at along the way there and back.
Since housekeeping only came every other day, more towels and washcloths would have been nice, but they were supplied soon after we asked for them so it wasn't a problem.
I misunderstood that breakfast wasn't included when I booked. Probably my fault.
Location
Overpriced.
The breakfast area was clean. The food variety was nice. The food was warm and well prepared.
The bushes in front of the ground floor lanai needed to be trimmed so you could see the grounds better
Location
Needs some upgrades/redecorating.
The location was great and close to many restaurants and right on the river. The courtyard was very nice and the hotel was very retro.
I was on the first floor and the sound from the second floor was horrible.
The pool was awesome. Close to some really good restaurants incliuding the one onsite, the courtyard area and the outdoor patios. Rooms were nice a big.
The carpet was pretty dirty.
Good variety.
Out side entries need cleaned #3 was dirty.
Great location next to the park. Decent place to stay. Good AC.
I wouldn't have eaten the breakfast had I known I had to pay for it. Fruit overly ripe, very salty protein options, and I wouldn't feed the oatmeal to a baby.
When I was trying to check out, nobody was at the desk for a couple minutes. Very underwhelming experience at the front desk in general.
I really love the layout of this hotel and I really hope it leans into retro its charm instead of forcing gray-bland palates and modern finishes. The courtyard rooms are spectacular and the staff is delightful. Fantastic location. When and if I have to stay in the Tri-Cities I’ll be staying here.
Great location and fabulous staff. The hotel could use a little renovation to make it not quite so dated though…
Excellent staff, great rooms, very nice pool/hot tub, protected area (courtyard) for kids to play plus the breakfast offered the full range - great selections and fresh/hot. Steakhouse 100 steps away was excellent as well.
With the exception of the hvac not working in the restaurant it was a great place
The first night I had issues in the room. I have extreme asthma and there was mold in the air duct in the room so it was a horrible first night and for the he second night they moved me to the top floor. This worked well and it was great!
