Property needs a refresh
the lobby and fireplace were nice
paying to park at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at is absurd. also it was not explained to us to use our key card so we paid an additional $25 to park on top of the $33 daily. there was a large convention so finding convenient parking was difficult. the bathroom had no fan and there were signs of mold on the ceiling. there was damage to the walls/trim in the hallways. the door we entered was right by a room that had a used knife and fork outside in the hallway. that knife and fork was there every time we walked by for our entire stay Fri-Sun. It overall just gave outdated and gross.
If you’re flying in/out of Seattle, it’s directly across from the airport. From the looks of it, they had plentiful shuttles. If you’re taking a rideshare, it’s most likely less than one mile, but I don’t know where the SeaTac pickups are or what route they take to get to this hotel. Regardless, it’s a prime location. The property has lots of trees, too. My room was quite large, very peaceful, and had a nice balcony. I had their smash burger at their restaurant, and that was good, too. The entrée, soda, and tip came out to $40.00. The staff were also amazing, including Bobby, who was kind and gave helpful information about how to access my room and parking.
It’s a sprawling complex of wings connected to a tower. It took me probably 20 minutes to get from the lobby back to my car, find a spot, and eventually meander my way through the complex to get to the proper elevator. It was super confusing because the arrow signs pointing to the elevator to my wing, along with the arrow pointing to other wings, were beside one another. My elevator was about five feet in the opposite direction of the arrow. The room is dated, but has somewhat of a 1990s urban PNW charm to it. The color scheme reminds me of the Ivars on Lake Union. That said, for being a Hilton hotel, I would expect a bit more maintenance. The hallways appeared a bit dirty, and I noticed the bathroom tile had either black mold or some kind of dirt that either was not or could not be cleaned. If it’s mold, that’s alarming to me.
Very close to airport and our front desk gal upon checkin was fabulous. They had a cruise ship employees show up in front of us, and the hotel staff pulled us aside for our check in. She was stressed, but we got her laughing and she was awesome!

Location and parking was great
The tub didn't drain so i was standing ankle deep in dirty water by the end. The whole building smelled damp and moldy.
It was conveniently located
The food was ridiculously expensive and not good. The breakfast buffet was terrible.

I'm in need of a wheelchair when going long distances or standing for a while. My room was a long way from the desk.
We stay here every time we travel to Asia with our dogs. It's our 12 yo daughters favorite hotel in the area. The restaurant is expensive but worth the price for the convenience and quality. Watching the sunrise over the mountains from bed was my favorite part.
