Family vacation
Pros:

The bedroom were spacious, staff was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the heated pool was nice for late night swims, enjoyed the robes, the bathroom were nice.

Cons:

The pillows were flat and small, not comfortable at all. We had to go out and buy our own because my neck was stiff from the hotel ones.

Pros:

We had a room in the pet wing, & for being the pet wing, it did not even smell like animals had been there. The price was great & the room was very spacious with clean, comfortable beds. Thank you!

Just wasn’t happy about the smell and customer service

The Convenient it’s in between things we need.

Cons:

The room smelled really bad. No room service for our room. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. Had to call the front desk a couple times for the items I had requested.

Modern hotel, good for a stop over.
Pros:

Large, modern hotel with excellent on-site parking facilities. Our room was large and well-appointed. We loved the laundry room as we had been travelling for a while, and the front desk staff were very helpful with changing coins for the machines. Although we didn't have time to use the outdoor swimming pool, it looked well maintained and inviting. The bar area was excellent and we really enjoyed our dinner.

Cons:

The breakfast was a complete disappointment. Pump coffee, pump hot water, unappealing, congealing food. We gave it a miss. Apart from that, it was great.

Čistota, vyhřívaný bazén s vířivkou, fitnes, kvalitní vybavení pokojů, snídaně v ceně ubytování.

Cons:

Vše v pořádku. Chyběl jen jeden župan na pokoji.

Great service and comfortable roo
Pros:

We had a great stay, as always. The staff was wonderful and always around to help. Beds are comfortable and the room was great!! We love being able to go out on the balcony, too! We hadn’t had vouchers for the breakfast buffet before, so we were excited about that. We went later (close to 9am), and although the heaters were on the food, it was cold. Also, we ate in the restaurant the next night and the food was VERY EXPENSIVE!
