location was close to where we needed to be
The armchair was comfortable
hotel did not have bell people but used security for luggage assistance
ramps for using rolling luggage are outdated, inconvenient and not user friendly for older people
luggage trolleys are small and need to be larger like other hotels
it took 5 minutes to travel from the front lobby to our room
the desk chair was uncomfortable and not ergonomic for sitting at the desk
the elevator was not always air conditioned
the hallways were not always air conditioned
the lobby furniture was very uncomfortable with no back support, and the lobby was not a conducive place to spend time
the workout room was so very far away and isolated and difficult to locate, staff were not very helpful with directions
the elevator was broken on our check out date, so we had to use security and our own wits to travel down 3 floors to our vehicle with 11 pieces of luggage
I would not recommend this property for individuals who have ambulation issues
there is no business center or place to do some work
housekeeping did not always come even after the front desk was notified and reassured us that they would be coming
They dont take my credit card and I wasnt aware until I got there. I already paid $217 and the staff couldn't help me at all. So I wasnt able to get into my room. I had to find another hotel so I stayed at the Hampton and I'm out $217.. they wouldn't even refund me.
room was comfortable
elevators did not have the air conditioning working all of the time/ the walkways to the elevators were not air conditioned. No business center, seating in the reception area were very uncomfortable and no supportive. there must have been a reason why they were not used very much.
Free parking
Spacious and clean room
Bath tub
Friendly and kind workers
Cold water everywhere
Too big to move around
They were clean but pretty old towels were mixed with newer towels.
I find it frustrating that I couldn't use the TV without entering my email and personal password. This system is inconvenient and unnecessary—sometimes I just want to enjoy regular TV or YouTube without obstacles.
Clean friendly staff
Private pool party taking place during our stay but we were charged full price for our stay. We should’ve been discounted for non use of pool
I stayed at the Doubletree for one night in March 2026. The hotel is decent and serviceable, and looks somewhat dated (not surprising as it's probably been around for at least a few decades.) I left a pair of white jeans and a belt in the hotel room bathroom; clearly my fault. I called the hotel and think they found the items and were planning to ship them to me. But a few weeks later I found myself in Sacramento unexpectedly so I figured I would go pick up the items. But no...they couldn't find them! I don't know how you can lose stuff like that; they must have a very disorganized system. And this a major brand (Hilton) hotel! Emails to the general manager requesting a discussion went unreturned.
Clean, well-kept rooms and hallways. Restaurant and coffee shop convenient. Appreciated that there was no extra charge for pets.
There was a heavy perfumey smell in the rooms and lobby area. Parking charge seemed unnecessary given there is no security and the parking lot is wide open.
Arrived at 1:30pm and there were no rooms available and told me I had to come back at 4:00. Asked front desk if I could wait in the lobby and as soon as housekeeping releases a room could they call me over? They continued to belittle me saying guaranteed check in is 4:00… like I was a child. There was zero movement or interest in helping get me in once a room became free.
I asked if all the clean room became available all at once at 4:00 and she told me once again that their check in was 4:00. She said they have no way to contact housekeeping.
I travel every week and know this is complete BS.
Anyways zero help to try and make the stay better. Won’t come back.
Very nice stay, conveniently located and had everything you needed- except shower cap!
Hours the restaurant was open,
This hotel is very clean and safe. Check in was a breeze.
I couldn’t log on to the WiFi.Kept getting error message that my information wasn’t available. So, I didn’t log in. Not that big of a deal for me.But could be for someone working.
