Pros:

I liked the design of the building.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking and I was disappointed to learn that the EV chargers that were advertised were Tesla's so I was unable to use them.

Hotel was great, staff was nice & answered all questions, we would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was in a good spot close to the mall & lots of places to eat at. Right next to Raising Canes Chicken :)
Pool was nice & spacious!

Cons:

I think the elevators could use some kind of fragrance odor, every time we went in the elevator it had the same bad smell.

The host that checked us in around 2:30 am was very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated that.

Pools the best for kids and family but too overpriced
Pros:

Decent property like the woody floors kids enjoyed the pool big plus
The balconies nice addition.

Cons:

Construction happening on the parking areas, my car tires are wrecked.
No bell boys and no luggage carts available, absolutely ridiculous! the facility is super big and not friendly for carrying luggage around.
My room had a big bug or few big bugs. 1st we thought it was roaches but it turned out to be moths. Room sliding doors need to have netted screen doors to avoid bugs etc to get in.
Breakfast not included now thats a big rip off but with the cost of the daily stay that should have been included but what can I say I get it the economy is bad. Fix the room screen doors and have more carts for luggage
Also have more under 18 friendly things at the facility the pool ans stuffs at the bar kids couldn't play.

Went to enjoy the city of Sacramento for my wife’s birthday. Trouble sleeping due to no ac and hard to relax at the pool
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

Cons:

The ac didn’t work so it was super hot and uncomfortable. Felt more like a fan than air. The amount of people drinking and partying around the pool with their kids going wild. Also wild how much it cost per night and still had to pay $12 a day to park in the hotel parking lot.

The stay was just okay
Pros:

The restaurant host and the waitress were excellent

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like urine and it was very noisy because the doors slam closed hard in each room. This was waking us up all night and morning

Crappy hotel
Pros:

Terrible wait time checking in at night, and during the day huge lines of obnoxious people, security guards are lazy! Our bathroom door would get stuck when u shut it. Guest services are rude and not helpful at all . Oh and the cookies are always gone. I will not be returning
