Great experience with staff. Very friendly and helpful. Followed up on any requests always checked in on our needs. I had my two grandsons 5 and 3 and they treated them like high roller guests.
Dana Ruocco is the pool Gen Manager was very helpful and helped make our stay great and her staff had the same attitude.
I cannot say enough good things about this resort. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely thoughtful and kind to us. It couldn't have been a better destination for a girls trip! We enjoyed the pools, the spa, the views of camelback and the location which made it easy to explore Scottsdale. I can't wait to return!
My wife and I spent 4 days to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The grounds were well maintained. The view of the mountains was a nice treat. The pools are clean and enjoyable. We really enjpyed the fitness room and the spa. Drinks at Crave coffee shop were very good. Staff was professional and helpful.
Loved the shower in the bathroom and the outdoor patio. Food was yummy and restaurants were beautiful. Grounds were pretty.
My only suggestion is that they regularly sweep/use net to remove leaves and debris from the pool. I also was annoyed at the $30 per night charge to park on site. There was PLENTY of unused open slots. With the resort fee and high prices for everything on site, I felt like the parking fee was an unnecessary way to gouge us for more money.

Wonderful hotel! I literally felt like I was in Spain in Arizona. The staff were so amenable, hospitable, and welcoming! If we had questions, they had answers. The free bike rentals were a nice touch, loved the coffee shop and restaurants.
Great stay! Christine and Jane at the front desk worked their magic when we needed to extend our stay. Tamara at Prado had lattes and breakfast to go ready when we ran short of time. Truly seamless!
We gave our son and his bride their honeymoon weekend here and it was terrible. After arriving at 9:45pm after their wedding and valet parking, they waited for 3 hours for them to deliver their bags to the room. They never came! My son had to go find his car (still not parked) and retrieve his own bags! This after calling and texting 5 times requesting them. The service was terrible!

We had such a great time during our stay over my birthday . Analisa and Rae specifically made our trip great. Their service at the pool was amazing and we had a great time .

This is a magical place. It is throughly well designed with the an intriguing mix of Granada and Mexican tradition. Rooms are spacious, finely and comfortably decorated. The service was outstanding from the moment we drove up. Everyone was amazing. Special shout out to Seth, who was the manager at the Adults only pool who was so kind and understanding of our concern, which was minor. This is an amazing place. Btw, the pool is one of the best i have ever experienced, anywhere.
