Gorgeous place, we hated to leave. Great location with an easy drive to the airport, very near fantastic restaurants in Scottsdale and near Camelback mountain. The view is amazing, perfectly kept grounds and friendly staff. We had dinner one night at the resort restaurant and it was very good. Can’t wait to return and stay longer.
Minor inconvenience, but entertainment system in the room wouldn’t sync easily. Took multiple calls to service and it was still unstable. Larger villas could accommodate a better refrigerator and coffee set up. There were lots of huge cabinets in our room with no discernible purpose. Maybe just a design choice that most people wouldn’t even notice.

The location is stunning. You can’t get a better resort with views in the Scottsdale area. The King room looking over the pool is worth the splurge. It’s gorgeous. I loved the coffee shop, great coffee and treats. The steak at the restaurant was also really good.
However, we checked in and were told to go to our room and the bell Man would bring up our bags. After 30 minutes we called down and asked about our bags and they had forgotten about them and then brought them up immediately.
Also there is no food or drink service at the Main pool which was a huge disappointment. We went to the pool twice and you had to go to the restaurant outside the gates to get your drinks which had horrible service.
We made our room reservations and spa reservations online on their website. We choose this resort because they have an incredible spa. I made our reservations for two massages and when we showed up, the girl said “we do not have your reservations, and sometimes our online portal doesn’t work”. I had just spent $500 to stay the night so we could wake up and go to the massages. This was the last 24 hours before my daughter moved to college, so it was infuriating and upsetting. It ruined the trip. It is a gorgeous Resort but they missed the mark big time with us.
In total I spent $900 in 24 hours and it was mediocre service instead of great hospitality. The Bellman, the pool and the spa all missed the mark.
Carlos at the pool was AWESOME! So kind and helpful and sweet! Made the experience better for sure!
Alan was easily one of the best parts of our experience. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The drinks were great, the service was quick, and his energy made the atmosphere even better. Definitely ask for Alan if you stop by!

We had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and our server Carlos was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. It was a perfect relaxing day.

Alan, the bar tender at the sports bar is fantastic. Amazing mixologist very nice personality and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers. I will 100% come back specifically to see him and drink some of his savory cocktails.
I came in to attend the Darden Conference and bartender Alan was exceptional. My room wasn’t ready and they sent me to the sports bar to wait, which was unfortunate. Alan made the day and I totally forgot I was waiting. Exceptional service, personal touches & great demeanor. The Omni is blessed to have one of the best!

Our stay at the Omni Resort was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The entire property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly refreshing. Whether we were relaxing around the resort or enjoying the amenities, everything was thoughtfully cared for and created a truly enjoyable atmosphere.
The staff were the true highlight of our stay. Every employee we encountered was attentive, professional, genuinely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. It’s clear that guest service is a priority here.
The restaurants throughout the resort were outstanding, offering excellent food, drinks, and service that made every meal something to look forward to.
There were only two very minor things that kept the experience from being absolutely perfect. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, and the pillows were flatter than we’d hoped. Additionally, while the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, a little background music would have made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Instead, guests were playing music from their individual phones, which was somewhat distracting. Soft resort-style music would have added a nice touch.
Those are truly minor observations in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, felt welcomed throughout our visit, and will absolutely be returning. Thank you to the entire Omni team for making our trip so memorable!
