This is a magical place. It is throughly well designed with the an intriguing mix of Granada and Mexican tradition. Rooms are spacious, finely and comfortably decorated. The service was outstanding from the moment we drove up. Everyone was amazing. Special shout out to Seth, who was the manager at the Adults only pool who was so kind and understanding of our concern, which was minor. This is an amazing place. Btw, the pool is one of the best i have ever experienced, anywhere.

This is my second stay at Omni even better than the first time . The staff was amazing from Prado to Joya Spa, the check in staff was amazing . 🤩 stayed here for Mother's Day weekend getaway with friends and it was absolutely Amazing and everything I needed.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia for two weeks in April / May 2026 and had the best time! What a stunningly beautiful property! The design of all of the buildings is/are just lovely and the landscaping is beyond fabulous! And, while our sleeping room, the cuisine and all of the other amenities offered by the hotel that we enjoyed were just fantastic, it was the people (staff) that made our stay so special!
In Prado, the main restaurant where we ate breakfast each morning, we were dazzled every visit by both Antonio and Camen, who we requested each morning! Two very friendly, very professional and very sincere servers who made our daily breakfasts something that we absolutely looked forward to every morning! We also hosted two dinners in Prado for local friends, and were very well taken care of on those evenings by Jonathan. And Eric, one of the restaurant’s managers, was always there to check on us, both in the mornings and evenings, to make sure that we were having an exceptional experience (we were!).
We also had two spa days at Joya Spa, which is a very beautiful multi-level facility on the property! Joaquin in the men’s locker room was very professional and took very good care of me. While we very much enjoyed the services of all of the Spa’s providers, there were three who stood out and went out of their ways to make sure that we had the most relaxing treatments possible; Angela, Heather and Mandi.
In the Taqueria Centro Lounge, a very fun casual dining spot, we enjoyed a number of visits for drinks, cocktails and tapas during our stay. On each visit, whether we sat outside or inside, we were well taken care of and very well-treated by both Andrej and Leti!
Finally, our housekeeper for 95% of the days / nights we were on-property was a lovely lady by the name of Marie. She was very friendly, worked very hard to keep our room looking beautiful and took a personal interest in us, which we appreciated. Each day she left us a lovely hand-written note thanking us for staying and wishing us a pleasant day.
We can and do strongly recommend a stay at this 5-star rated resort. We hope that you will have as amazing an experience when you stay as we did!

Had breakfast at Prado all four mornings and it was fantastic! Ask for Carmen to be your server! She is wonderful and by the last day, knew my coffee order! Nancy routinely filled out water and coffee. Great team!

Rooms were nice, pool was great, Carlos was our server and was very attentive!. Would stay again but hands down, the service at Prado and the pool made the stay.

It was a beautiful resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable! We ordered breakfast in bed and it surpassed our expectations. The pool service was exceptional with not much wait.

The spa and pool were standout highlights, and the Mediterranean-inspired ambiance made it effortless to unwind and recharge.

Special shoutout to the culinary team and staff for consistently excellently executed and elevated cuisine and service—and to Adam at Prado Bar for putting up with us during after dinner drinks.

Great experience. Nice hotel. Starting to show a bit of age in rooms but great service, amenities. Excellent food and drink. Exceptional staff standouts are Daniel bar manager at Prado and Carlos server at oasis pool.

Had dinner tonight on the patio at the main restaurant. Short rib dinner was delicious, as were the beet and the mixta salads. Jonathan was a wonderful server. Attentive, knowledgeable, and personable! Ask for him if you dine there! All of the staff were helpful - constantly refilling water glasses, clearing plates, etc.

The Omni Scottsdale has many plus and minuses. 1st the location/view of Camelback mountain is definitely a plus. Depending on your room you could have at least a partial view of the mountain. The layout of the property and groundskeeping also are a plus. We enjoyed the spa on property. The spa is large with lots of extra amenities like whirlpool, sauna, steam room, pool etc… definitely worth your time.
The minuses are the rooms. They need a refresh of decor but more importantly the mattresses need replacing! It was a general topic of conversation with our group. The beds are worn out, springs can be felt instantly. It was not just our bed. In general the age of the carpet and other decor needs a refresh. The general check-in/ bellman situation was unfortunately a bad experience. Our room was not ready until after 5pm after our event had begun,

Overall the Omni Scottsdale was a good experience. They definitely need to do some refreshing of rooms but the location allows for more flexibility. It’s beautiful if you’re not in the room.
Ask for a Mountain View!

This is a beautiful location and the rooms are nice but I called the front desk a couple times, requesting more hangers, water, and our valet to bring our car to the front. Despite these requests, we never received any of the items nor our car ever brought up before we were asking valet in person. There was clearly a lack of communication with the front desk and anyone else. The first night we awoke the next morning to the alarm in the room going off at 6am! So check your alarm if you do stay. During our five-night stay from Saturday to Thursday, we didn’t have washcloths… I thought this was surely just an oversight and we’d receive some the next day… we did not receive washcloths until our last night. While we had hand towels and body towels, washcloths were missing throughout our stay. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of customer service and follow-through when we asked for these basic amenities. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay, but it was a letdown that several basic aspects of our experience were neglected even when brought to the attention of staff. The chicken wraps at the pool are to die for though!

We had the time of our lives here - everything was first class! What really stood out to me were the people! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Carlos down by the pool!! Carlos was incredible and wanted to make sure my family was always taken care of and having fun! He made the trip that much better!! Well worth the visit!

Extraordinary resort - perfect for a wedding celebration! The facilities and staff were exceptional.

To single out the pool waiter Carlos - he was serving us very well for four days. He served with excellence and a smile - really making the pool time the very best. Great work, Carlos!!

This is absolutely beautiful resort with the most friendly and accommodating staff. I came to enjoy my 40th and it was exactly the relaxing ambience I hoped for. Not too noisy, nor too crowded, it was just right. They have several restaurants and a coffee shop on site, I ate at two and enjoyed both meals. Also the grounds are complete photo ops!
