I loved everything from the location and view to the staff and amenities. Food was excellent. I ate poolside, at Crave and ate dinner at Prado. The Spa was out of this world fabulous. Got two treatments and both were calming and just what I needed. My room was located by Oasis pool and on the first floor. I loved my stay. Can't wait to come back. Oasis was by far the best pool.
The adult pool could use some love. Tables were stained and dirty.
Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa and Montelucia is a beautiful property. I loved the spanish dining experience and great service from servers and the entire staff. I look forward to coming back!
The service at the bar was too tier. Alan did a great job making sure wet were never waiting for food/drinks.
We had a great evening. Alan was the best bar tender and made our night exceptional. We look forward to our next trip back to Scottsdale. Thank you Omni
Horrible spa horrible experience. Do you want to charge me 300 and some dollars for massage? Well, maybe you should hire somebody that’s worth that and maybe youshould hire a nail technician that knows what they Are doing

The location of the Omni Scottsdale was beautiful nestled up to Camelback mountain. From check in, valet, bell hop, restaurant & bar staff everyone was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. We will for visit again.
Our experience at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the spa is incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere truly feels like a luxury getaway.
The food at Prado was outstanding, every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared.
A special thank you to Carlos Jiménez, who took care of us at the spa pool. His service was exceptional: friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and is a great example of outstanding hospitality.
Our only suggestion would be regarding the bar service at the adults-only Oasis Pool. Since many guests come there to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, it would be great if the bar stayed open later than 5:00 PM. Extending the hours would enhance the experience and allow guests to enjoy the space a little longer.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing staycation, spa day, or weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!
The pool side
The fact no microwave in room that was given us at the back of the Spa resort no fans for us outside so outside was a bitten up moment
Blond hair was all over the bath tub after room service and a broken nail nude color was left in front of the tv The cafe gave us cold pastries I bought 6 they were all cold. I asked for microwave to the room. It never arrived
In the Spa I was given a very scornful rub on dry skin told to hit the shower the scrub was not total body Berger the lotion these things I repeated in my room to get it done right No one was clear on what I wanted
My card was held to check in hundreds was taken off my card then I was told it’s 3 days for it to return to me,,,
I did not feel welcome
I would not consider going in the spa as for the money my body came out half untouched
I hope this helped the towels I had to ask for them to be loaded room service left 3 towels for 3 people no face rags nothing 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹the grounds a very pretty took lots of pics everyone’s over 6 raft tall so the beds were too small

In room dining had a 22% service charge + $5 delivery. We paid $40 for two hotdogs. Very expensive!
Not within walking distance to a single thing. You will spend a lot of money on ubers here.
Our stay at the Omni Montelucia was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we had been transported to a beautiful Mediterranean escape. The architecture, landscaping, and breathtaking mountain views create a truly magical atmosphere.
The resort is impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. The food was exceptional at every meal, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable.
This stunning resort provided the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. The Omni Montelucia is truly a breathtaking getaway, and we cannot wait to return in the near future!
Had a wonderful experience at the Omni Scottsdale Montelucia resort and spa. I stayed there in June 2026 for 4 nights as I was attending a conference being held there. The customer service, amenities, food and overall ambiance was amazing. Would highly recommend!
The spa is what makes it 5 star. The service and room was basic. It was very hard to find where we were going most of the time and there wasn’t very present staff to help. The first person that helped at the front desk was not friendly, thankfully the second one was better. The spa was awesome, I will highly recommend to friends, but I will not be recommending the hotel and stay overnight. The pillows and bed were hard. Housekeeping almost walked in on us at 9:30 am (knocked and unlocked the door before I could get to it). Our key cards were deactivated before checkout time and we had to wait in the heat for someone to let us back into our hotel room where our bags were still located (still prior to checkout time). We found out we left a swimsuit in the room a few days later, and the hotel was not able to help and didn’t notify us so now it’s completely lost (maybe that’s normal, but would have been more top tier service).
Access to pool. Close to other activities in area.
Excessive prices. Getting stuck in garage elevator for 5 minutes. The rude valet that approached us upon arrival. And the ice machine that didn't work.
We had drinks and Centro and Mat was our server and did an amazing job. Would come back again
