Good location, super friendly staff.
THE BED IS AWFUL! Every move sends sounds of springs loudly through the room. Even by simply rolling over. The bed surround was metal and sent the sounds of a gong every time you hit it, VERY loudly!
Of all the motels we stayed in, this one felt sketchy. We were compelled to use our extra safety alarm. There was a lot of activity in the parking lots, quite late and again quite early.
Room did not feel safe.

I always evaluate hotel on Shower water pressure and this hotel perform better than expected. 👍
The A/C worked great and I really appreciated the mini fridge in room. Also I could not hear anything outside our room so that is always a huge plus!
The room could use a good deep clean. The walls and baseboards had smudges, finger marks, dust and under the vanity in the corners looked like either mold or very dirty. Also out the bathroom windows my husband saw a large amount of travel size fireball bottles stacked outside, I was not tall enough to see. It would also be nice if the pool/ jacuzzi could be used by adults only during the later part of the night. We came back from a concert and cooling off or soaking our feet afterwards would have been a great end to the night.
Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Easy check-in. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities.
Parking was minimal. Breakfast was grab and go with little options.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was large & also comfortable. Very quiet for being located on such a busy street. Lots of good places in walking distance. The pool was really nice. Food truck in the parking lot was fantastic!
The TV was terrible. Also (very nitpicky) the hot water for the tea was not hot. Got dinner from the food truck but only 1 chair for eating.
Staff was friendly and graciously moved us to the first floor from the second floor as we requested.
Policy was to charge $20 to check in before 3 PM. Thought that was a little unnecessary. We ended up wandering around town instead of paying the $20 because there was no room ready anyway.
The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, the price was fair enough, the shower was fine.
At about 1:35am during my stay, someone briefly unlocked and opened my door. I assume and hope it was an employee making a mistake, and I know mistakes happen, but that was still pretty uncomfortable. Having things like my wallet and my laptop in my room with me, I need to know that my room is secure, and I can sleep without fear of my privacy being violated. Aside from that, I guess my only other minor complaint is that there were crumbs on the shelf by the tv. I would also say that some of the other guests were loud at times, including after midnight, but I don’t know if I’d blame the hotel for that.
