The family suite was perfect for us and our kids. The heated pool is a bonus. It is in a good location. The Pho accross the street is phonomenal.
No breakfast.
Clean and updated.
Room was not cleaned after the first night.
The room was spacious and neatly done (no carpet, lots of shelves and hooks). The reason for a 8 is cleanliness - there was hair in the tub and a stained sheet. Otherwise good stay. The front desk staff was nice and helpful; we messed up the dates for the reservation and they were able to match the price we originally booked it for. There is a nice patio to enjoy. The location is also convenient to the center and lots of restaurants.

Nice room, mediocre quality overall though.
No fine touches really, parking was fine but very congested. Very overpriced.
Close to downtown, a large and clean room, generous parking, and pet-friendly. Right in the courtyard, there is an American restaurant—Black Bear Diner—perfect for a very hearty breakfast.
Easy layout
Someone else was given the same room key and awkwardly opened our door minutes after we checked in ourselves.
Staff was nice, but did not fulfill their promises.
Only cleaned rooms every 3 days unless requested daily service. Since I was only there for 2 days I requested my room be cleaned daily. This did not happen. At a rate of almost $200 a night, my expectation would be that the room would be cleaned daily.
Should be classified as a MOTEL not. HOTEL. Rooms opened to the exterior of the building offering a feel of less security. The only window was next to the door and exterior walkway, which meant anyone walking by your room could look directly into the room unless the curtains were kept closed. And that made the room a dungeon.
Staff friendliness, availability of parking, cleanliness of the room. You can have breakfast at the Black Bear ;)
The staff was incredible!! They made my daughter a special basket for her 13th birthday!!!!
The shower was like nails. Super painful :(
The room was clean and up dated. We had a room with a king bed. They had a unique closet slash cabinet system that housed the fridge and microwave. The property had plenty of parking.
The only issue is that when you walk into the room the unique clothes system is very close to the door. I feel it could be moved so you don’t feel like you’re walking in to it.
The room was clean, modern and very comfortable.
Every thing was great
