Very solid 9+ stay property at a reasonable rate
Pros:

Spacious rooms, most comfy beds Ive hit on the road…highly highly recommend. Parking was safe and plenty - saw metro police patrols every time we were in the parking.

Cons:

Some wear and tear in the corridors and a lot of spider webs everywhere - in the balcony and outside common areas.

Rent, trevlig personal.

Cons:

Hörde konstant flygplan från flygplatsen. Rummet hade en konstig lukt, det fanns ingen fläkt i badrummet. Frukosten var en beställning i restaurangen där du fick välja ett alternativ samt ingick en dryck. Det var nästan bara steaks och toasts, stora rätter såsom egentligen var som en middag. Jag åt yoghurt med granola och färska bär, sött som en efterrätt.

The pool was good but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again
Pros:

The pool was amazing, especially for kids. They enjoyed it to the max. There was food/drinks service next to the pool too, which was great when the kiddoes needed something to snack on.

Cons:

The room was in a bad condition. There was a leak from the ceiling that stayed there for the entirety of our stay (after we let the front office know); we couldn't use one of the sinks at all because of that. The cleaning service was horrible some days, decent in others. Every day we had to ask for extra towels because they left fewer than 4 bath towels for 4 people.

Best Holiday Inn!
Pros:

This is the best Holiday Inn and probably the best motel my husband
and I have ever stayed in, and we have traveled a lot over our lifetimes! It’s attractively furnished, it’s clean and well-kept and the customer service is outstanding. The young woman who checked us in, Lala, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and informative; she went out of her wayWe found that all the staff we encountered, including the housekeeper, the waitress in their cafe, and the maintenance man who repaired our phone were the same way. This is a large motel that also acts as a convention center and a venue for smaller events like weddings. Besides a cafe there was also a bar. Both the halls and the rooms were quite spacious. There were plenty of surfaces in our room on which to place our suitcases and we even had a small balcony. All of this, and the cost was very reasonable. We used TripAdvisor to find this place and were able to do a price comparison with other motels and their prices were better than other motels of comparable reputations; so, we thought that we got a very good deal. We had just come of an Oceania cruise in Alaska where we felt like we were treated like royalty and were on our way to visit friends in Eugene, OR. I commented to my husband that our experience at this Holiday Inn was like being on a cruise where you’re pampered and treated like royalty; he wholeheartedly agreed!

Incredible View
Pros:

We had view of the river with large windows on the top floor. Absolutely wonderful. We loved it so much we didn’t leave the room our entire one night stay.

A clean and confortable hotel in a great spot on the Columbia River!
Pros:

It was a very hot day and the A/C in the room kept it cool. The complementary breakfast cooked to order was very good.

There is no A/C in the halls or elevator, which I think a modern hotel should have
