Pros:

Close to everything and clean.

Cons:

A little dated, 1000% carb based Bkfst. Looked fwd to that but couldn’t eat anything.

Good value, great location, well maintained, reasonable parking fee, pretty average breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was described as 'very good'. I would call it 'okay'. it was actually pretty basic: boiled eggs, waffles, cereals, bread. All in a window-less room. The location is on the south edge of downtown so easy walking into the core. parking fee was $13. Facility well maintained but a bit of a maze to find one's way around. Room was of a good size but a bit dark; I noticed some of the rooms, no doubt from a different build era, had much bigger windows (around the pool). All in all a good value and I would stay there again.

Cons:

Room was spacious but had a very small window. Rooms around the Pool area appeared to have much bigger windows and some with a patio.

Very convenient location, nice rooms.
Pros:

The pool/garden area is very nice. Very close walk to Keller Auditorium to see shows. Room was comfy & quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very appealing but overall it was ok.

I'd certainly stay there again, and recommend it to friends.
Pros:

My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the book with so much information about things to do etc. in Portland. Breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the eco-friendly housekeeping policies.

Cons:

The in-room coffee wasn't the best. AC unit blows up and makes the curtains billow up. That's about it. Otherwise, the room was great.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gut erreichbar, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Das Hotel strahlt einen besonderen Charme der 1990er aus. Man fühlt sich in die eigene Studentenzeit erinnert. Alles sehr praktisch und gepflegt.

Cons:

Zu wenige Steckdosen.
